  1. Atomizer break in is one thing, also the flow speed of the cartrige may well contribute to this also. I have noticed that after moding my cartrige to flow faster/ breathe better that vapor volume increased as well as smoothness. mod i used is a common variant on the 1/2 coffee straw method.
  2. Ok, that device may work well as an e-cig also ( have not tried one ) , just a couple things to note on it, (1) it actualy uses combustion so does not beat the smoking ban, but if you are planning it only for home use it may be just fine. (2) you will need to refill it with butane fuel ( added recuring cost ). and (3) with the electronic ignition system it uses ( similar to and electronic sparked lighter ) may eventualy fail for 1 of 2 reasons (1) carbon build up in the ignition chamber or (2) melting or wearing back of the insulation material around the spark wire, and this is most likely a non-replacable part. I am not trying to rain on your parade, just pointing out some cost considerations. Happy Vaping
  3. I would be totaly down with a paintball festival with all you guys and gals when the weather warms back up( still use co2 ) not just because i love paintball, but also to get together with some longer term vapers and shoot the breeze( pardon the pun )about pv models, juice flavors etc...
  4. Please pardon me if I get too technical... ( with that said )... the advise given so far is good about making sure the atty is wet ( but do not flood it, especialy on a automatic e-cig as the sensor switch can get gummed up if liquid leaks down the hole through the center of an auto battery). The reason for the break in period is that the metal spring coil that actualy comprises the main functioning part of the atty is still "new" metal and has a somewhat polished finish. As the atty heats up and cools down the surface polish gets worn off and the spring coil develops a more uneven/ pitted texture to the surface which in turn creates more surface/contact area. hope this helps.
