I don't want put it down the drain I want to vape it.It seems to me I putting way more liquid in the carto than I am vaping. And lately I have taken a liking to the premium price ( over $0.79 a ml ) liquids.

If its the battery you are disatisfied with you can get adapters and use a mod,510 mega or 801 battery with your 808 carto. If it is the carto you don't care for you might try a 510 carto kit there are a lot of 510 and 306 carto's out there to try reg.and low resistance .You should be able to find something that works for you.And once you find a carto you like you can invest big coin in a mod with the proper adapter .There is probably an adapter to put 510/306 carto's on your 808/901 batteries.By the way the 808 batteries will fit 901 atties and the other way round.

I ordered something new from Electronicstix ,Joye 306 cartomisers." 306 Cartomizers are Thinner in Diameter and do not have as much surface area inside them to have to try to keep saturated with liquid so they work on Missy's "WetBox" and are approved by her for use on her mod!" I hope they are at least as good as his 510 cartomisers.I didn't think I would like cartomisers and I kinda don't because there is so much liquid in there and I don't think you can get it back out.But I just cannot find an attomiser that will wick from carts any more.I have tried 901's and all the low bridge 302/801's I can find .At least the cartomisers will deliver the goods without having to drip.I will post a little when I get the 306's and give my opinion.

Analog Free For A Month, Want To Switch It Up
mcquinn replied to mrsmalone's topic in New Vapers Forum
I think I would just dabble with 5 volts with a passthrough and wall wart,a lot less investment that way.I myself didn't care for 5 volts and had to resister my PT down around 4. -
I don't know if I agree with that ,I found before I went 0 nic if I vaped too much before bed I was wired and couldn't sleep. And I usually vape the entire time I am at the puter before bed.Maybe the extra oxygen in your bloodstream is making you feel better.

I don't know those people.

Sweet Dawn is more like green apple Jolly Ranchers than pears,I don't know why there is a pear in the pic. and it rocks.VT tobacco is very good as well and you can't go wrong with Dulcis.

I use 10 to 20 ml a week ,and you must have several bottles in reserve in case the mailman takes his time,it really blows to be out of liquid, batteries or atties and waiting on the mailman.
-
My biggest complaint about carto's is the amount of liquid that you never get to use ,as it takes a lot to fill one the first time and a lot is left in there when you chuck them. But they are more consistant during thier lifespan.
-
I don't think they are making atties as good as they used to I have tried a lot and I simply cannot find any that will wick from a cart .I use 302/801's,901's and 510's and they just aggrevate the heck out of me.Perhaps they are trying to force us to use carto's by making atties so crappy.
-
I usually get a 10 ml bottle of liquid from a carto before it starts tasting bad and I chuck it, with atties I think it depends a lot on the liquid you use how long they last I have had some work as long as six months and others a few days.

Removing The Wick And Bridge From Your Atomizer
mcquinn replied to bobthesalesclerk's topic in Modders Forum
I don't think they hold very much liquid and require more frequent dripping, but you can get more use of one on the way out.I wasn't too impressed with removing the stuffing from carto's as the element is vertical and it is hard to hit it with the drip. -
Yes it is way cool ,after my knee surgery I vaped in my hospital room.
-
If you dismantle a used carto I think you will see what is irritating your throat. All I have torn apart are singed or burnt pretty bad from those few puffs you take before you realise it is dry and refill. The filler also seems to be like the stuff analog filters is made of and you know what it is like to light one on the wrong en,.or am the only one .
-
The way I look at it is if you have an atty that is not working/tasting very good you don't have anything to lose by trying to clean it.Fix it or finish it off.You really shoudn't do any harm to one as long as you don't poke around or use high pressure air or water in there. They will dry out and be good as new.I have used hot water from my coffee maker ,denture tabs and an ultrasonic cleaner with mixed results.I think if you get them soon enough you have a better chance of doing some good as what I think kills them is a carbon buildup on the element that is indestructable and insulates the element from the liquid. This either cause them to burn out or get hot but not produce vapor.
-
I have some batteries where the fitting that screws into the atty has a shoulder on it and it is too wide .The atty seats on it and does not screw down far enough.I filed the shoulder down and it alowed things to go together.Perhaps that is what is happening, you battery is screwing solidly to the shoulder but not far enough for the center conducter to hit your charger center conducter. They also may be too dead to charge as the protection circut will not charge an overly discharged battery. You may need to get a charger from the same place that sells the batteries that is made for them.

These are thinner more like a mini cigar. http://www.vaporkings.com/Black_whistle_tip_empty_blank_cartridge_p/901-cart-blnk-blk-flat.htm ,I use the DSE 901 carts on my 510 atties and carto's.

I watch it but don't really follow it ,mostly a good excuse to take naps in my big leather recliner.I can't tell one car from another anymore so it is hard for me to follow or get excited."Back in the day" you could tell Richard Petty by his Petty blue STP car and the models were distinct. Now they all look the same and pretty much have the same paint job/Even Jeff Gordons car doesn't stand out any more. And I miss the its just racing line they used to use when someone stuffed you into the wall for the win,now they just complain about how some idiot who has no business being out there knocked me out of the Chase .Same with the Indy 500 they don't promote it as good as they used to .I didn't even know they were having it this year until it was on.

Oh OH Roober who told you the secret scream before blowing ones self up?

He missed a good oportunity to slam Marlboro Man Obama.

The carts for the 901 and 510 will interchange ,so if you prefer whistle tips over the round ones you can use 901 carts .For a minimal investment in adapters you can try them all without making a major commitment. The KR-808 carto's will fit the 901 adapter as well so you get a two for with that one.Joye 306 atties will fit 510 batteries and you can try the joy of dipping instead of dripping as it has an exposed element.

After a while you will notice how bad a smoker smells and start washing everything in your house and car.I did not intend to be an *** about being around smokers but it really gets hard to be around that smell after you have been off the analogs for a while.Nothing is as bad as stale ciggerette smoke and dirty ashtrays. And as a plus you can look out the window at work at the smokers standing in the rain and snow and blow vapor at the window.

I tried some VG WYS4 from Wet Your Stick and it was very tasty and it was a 30 ml bottle so it lasted for a while.

How long do the NiCads last?Tell him RadioShack has the box mod boxes for a couple of bucks and switches ,all he needs is an old battery connector and he can mod away.I just built a AA 1 14500 box mod for less than $5.00 as I keep the connectors from dead batteries. The batteries were another $10.00 and I had a charger.Batteries and chargers can be gotten at MadVapes or Battery Junction.

It just takes a while to get over the urge.It took a long to get as hooked as we were and it takes time to get unhooked.I snuck a few for quite a few months before i lost my taste for them.I still think about trying one for old times sake once in a while.I don't think its a matter of nic levels smoking just was a very big part of our lifestyles.
