  1. Lithium ion batteries have a certain amount of charge discharge cycles and then they start going bad. A lot of us have gone to mechanicals and other mods which use replaceable cells which cost four or five bucks a pop. Still cheaper than analogs.
  2. Unfortunately we have most all gotten ripped off .Search engines give preference to paid advertisers .Chalk it up to education. Most of them are good devices. China manufactures a little different than most companies . For the most part they farm out production to little shops all over the country ,the same shop might make three or four different competing brands. Enjoy and feel free to ask what ever questions that pop into your head. Someone will have an answer .

  6. I used a pennstyle DSE 801 for three years. An Ego type battery would be a good choice, they are available in passthrough ,variable voltage and several different mAh ratings and will work with quite a variety of atomizing devices on top of being reasonably priced and they have proven the test of time.

  9. I haven't used those particular devices ,but as a rule it is best to use chargers made for the specific device. Sometimes lithium ion batteries need to be run all the way down until the protection circuitry shuts them off and then fully recharged. I am told this effects some sort of a reset . I have found this to work with the battery packs on our walkie talkies at work and drill packs as well. Since the problem is on both batteries with the same charger I would guess it probably has something to do with the charger. Perhaps it has a lower cutoff voltage than the batteries. As I said not familiar with those devices but those are some general guesses.
  10. welcome
  11. Usually whatever the material costs they just double for labor, so that would be in line. That should be on the easy side as there would not be much sheet metal work. But the venting could be a hassle if you are replacing an older furnace with a 90% one with PVC venting. Seems like they left room to cut you some slack if it goes smooth. There are a lot people who put them in for a lot less but when things go wrong you can never get ahold of them to make it right. Make sure they are licensed, insured and getting a permit if required in your area.
  12. You hasta be very careful shopping for the lowest prices there are a lot of scammers out there. You are in an area where vendors who ship there might be hard to find . Sorry you got took in ,hope it goes better from here on out.
  13. That one would not work with 3.7 volt lithium ion or lithium magnesium batteries ,it is for 1.2 volt Nichol cadmium or Nickle metal hydride cells for most home use.
  14. I have been at it for 25 years.

  16. Hopefully you are just getting it out of the way all at once and things will straighten out for you. Hang in there,we are all pulling for you.
  17. I thought to steep liquid was to let it oxidize and let some of the volatile ingredients to evaporate. Wouldn't sealing in a baggie defeat that? The last time I looked into steeping the advice was to remove the cap and let it sit in a dark area for a few days to weeks.
  18. I think it is an attachment what is dry as opposed to the wet ones.
  19. Youtube is a good source for device specific tutorials. You probably should have started out with something a little simpler .But that is water under the bridge now.
  20. I like the various tobacco and RY Dekang liquids at EcigBestsave and LitecigUSA,the tobacco from Vaportalk is also very good. You can get a menthol flavor and a few drops to a tobacco until you get what you are looking for. The Dekang Hilton is very smokey to me. The prices are comparable to what you are paying or perhaps less but there is shipping . Most people on the forum are anti imported liquid for some reason but I have been using Dekang for over five years now and haven't found a domestic as consistent or as good. No steeping required either. What you are getting from the flea market is most likely Dekang or Hangsen from CHina.
  21. It is probably a Vision Victory or V Pure BCC.Search LitecigUSA for Vision and see which one it is. They look the same to me. I guess they use the same coil.
  22. I am not into devices. Pretty much have been left behind everyone else on the forum. I am happy with what I have and don't see any need to buy the latest greatest thing.
