I would say if you are using the same 5 cartomisers for 2 months that they are most likely used up .I only get 3 to 5 days from a carto until the quantity and quality of the vapor gets poor. You should consider getting an Ego or Joye 510 Mega kit and some Boge 510 cartomisers ,you will be ahead of the game in more ways than you can imagine.Johnson Creek was not too bad tasting for me but it really shortened the life of my atomisers ,they carboned up and could not be cleaned.
-
Not sure I see the point. Most will end up set at 5 volts anyhow. My v.v. passthorugh is locked in at 4 volts .
-
It is just not smoking. No smelly clothes ,house, car. It is a viable alternative .You get the nic fix and you get to blow vapor rings or big clouds of vapor in the sunbeams ,you get the hand to mouth thing, you get some really awesome flavors smoking never has had or will have. But it is not smoking. When I got allright with that I really started enjoying it and I don't miss the Camel Lights at allAll eciggs will provide the nicotine and be a good alternative ,they all have drawbacks and advantages. The Ego with cartomisers would be a good place to start .
-
They will just stop when they are fully discharged as they will get.The prtection circut board shuts them down at a preset voltage to keep from damaging them.I would say as long as you have spares at hand vape em until they stop vapin. There are only so many discharge recharge cycles to a lithium ion battery so youi might not get the maximum use of the batteries by charging too often.Though at the price and with how much useage you will get it is probably not a big loss.

I Found A Mini Kit For $35. Should I Get That Or Try The Blu?
mcquinn replied to palermo45's topic in New Vapers Forum
You can't go by videos and reveiws.A person with the right lighting, liquid and technique can make those huge clouds of vapor from any of them .I would just see what most of the people are actually using ,and around here it is the Ego or a knock off. -
What Type Of Ecig Battery Do You Use?
mcquinn replied to Christopher's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
Auto would be good if they weren't so prone to getting ruined.I amusing 14500's as my main battery these days.Good balance of price and capacity. -
I just prefer the lower voltage,so I either use my Janty PT or one I built with a voltage regulator to chock it down.5 volts just seems too harsh for me.
-
Boy ,haven't we all been there.
-
I do however get some very enjoyable vaping at with a 306 atty.
-
I made one from 3/4 copper pipe.18650 is just too large to be practical.Mine ended up being 6 inches long with atty and cart. And it looks like a pipe bomb so the PoPo would probably want to have a talk if they saw it.Mad Vapes sell a coffin shaped case and some battery clips that I considered using for one until I setteled on 14500 as the perfect battery..
-
A person could and has simply cut the battery box out and splice and insulate the two wires and have a 5 volt PT until the tactile switch goes bad.The batteries in those are 10440 unprotected as the protection circut board is built into the box a protected 10440 is the thickness of the circut board too long to fit.

Nicotine Vs Resistance - Round 1 - Fight!
mcquinn replied to JonHitThingWithRock's topic in General Vaping Discussion
It would stand to reason you would go through liqid faster with high voltage or low resistance as you are getting things hotter faster. As far as the nicotine thing I don't really pay much attention ,I just vape till I am happy.I would guess overall with the situation you described if you are inhaling all the vapor you produce with low resistance you may be getting more with the low resistance as you are consuming more liquid. -
I have used a lot of the 2 X AA boxes and I have used some three battery boxes but put the batteries in parallel to keep 3.9 volts.I really like Radio Shacks #275-0017 switch ,I remove the paddle and carve the box to allow for the switch to be recessed,it has a tactile feel ,doesn't put the dent in your finger like most switches and will handle 5 amps.
-
I use the Janty 302 version and have had pretty good use from them.Do you leave it plugged in long enough to keep the battery charged? While in use you will be using the battery up at a faster rate than it charges .It will not hurt it to leave it plugged in.
-
They each have thier place.Atties can't be beat for dripping and carto's are good for outings.A drip tip or cut down cart in place of the rubber plug will cool off the lips .And when they reach the end on thier useful life 3 to 5 days for me depending what liquid I am using they get nasty tasting harsh vappor.

I Kinda Enjoy The Thin Sleek Look Of The Cheap Ones
mcquinn replied to Anon360's topic in New Vapers Forum
I used to use DSE 801 batteries with Joye 302 atties for the same reason I just liked the size better and extra batteries were not a problem to carry. The Joye 510 mega batteries are the same capacity as the DSE 801's if you prefer 510 and 306 atties and carto's.I found out the manual batteries lasted way longer than the auto ones as when an atty starts going bad I would try adding more liquid to try and get flavor and I would get liquid in the switch and that was the end of it. -
I meant the one upsmanship, someone will have a four coil one before long.
-
I have never used one ,tut I would assume with a tank that the taste would change from a fresh refill to later on as not all the liquid will vaporise and what gets left behind would seem to me to contaminate the rest.I know with cartomisers after a few days they are loaded up with some funky stuf and the flavor goes bad for mef.You can see by overfilling one and looking at what drips out.
-
That company has the three peice atty/cart and two peice carto kits. Both should be able to be refilled. The three peice ones would likely be easier as you would pull the cart off and drip into the filler material. The two peice ones if they do not have a removable rubber plug in the end can be refilled with the condom method,if they do have the removable plug you just remove it and drip into the filler.
-
They can almost all be refilled. Some are just more difficult than others. You will just have to look through the refill videos and find something similar.I suspect if it is cartomisers you will end up using the condom method or injecting with a syringe. Those type of e-ciggs hope to make thier living selling you more prefilled carts.
-
It is reminding me of razor blades.More coils will use up batteries and liquid quicker on top of giving you more vapor.
-
I found all the domestic liquids I have tried seemed to shorten the life of my atties and carto's .Some worse than others.I suspect the ingrediant they use for sweetner is carboning things up as they sweeter ones are more prone.I suppose to some it might be worth it if you find that elusive perfect flavor.I am too cheap to intentionally shorten the lifespan of my stuff.
-
I think thier liquid is a very good premium liquid every bit as good as VT liquids .My personal favorite is the Desert Ship. They don't have any on thier site at this time.
-
Or you can get an adapter and use about any cart or carto. An 801 to 510 adapter gets you the most bang for your buck. You can use 306,510 and other stuff with 510 threads. As far as 801/302 atties I prefer the 302's ,the 801's are ok for dripping but not so good for carts.

I wasn't too impressed with Bobas Bounty ,I couldn't taste it at all,but Blend 4 was pretty good.
