I would say honesty is a very important virtue. If you are just putting your name on one of the Chinese models like everyone else just tell us.We will figure it out very soon anyway.Flavor and vapor quality are top of my list ,batteries and liquid bottles are small and extras don't take up much space. And then there is price, some of us have unlimited funds to buy the latest fad but most of us have to try to keep the cost down to what we were spending on analogs or less to justify it.

I think stacking batteries was more of an issue before protection circutry became the norm.Something to do with high discharge rates and sudden releases of energy (explosions) 6 volts seems a little over the top for me ,I like to stay under 4 volts.
-
While i agree they are good for anyplace the people who squeal will still squeal and don't want to hear any reason. They are just pretty much against anyone doing something they don't feel the need to do.
-
Could be technique ,are you inhaling directly to your lungs or getting a mouth full of vapor then inhaling?I haven't very many liquids with that strong of a throat hit unless the atty/carto is funked up .

Good stuff

I clean mine when they aren't working very good and blowing them out doesn't help.I figure it can't hurt and I usually get a little more use from them.I am too frugal to just toss them without trying something.I don't clean cartomisers though 3 to 5 days then I look forward to a fresh one.

Has Anyone Seen Or Heard Of This Website?

You can save or lose a lot of money looking for a good deal.I would just pay what a respectable supplier is charging and get the support and peace on mind that comes with it.That looks like a Big Lots sort of site selling off lots of unclaimed merchandise ,so I would not expect any support from them if things go wrong. -
They can tax anything that is sold or increased in value.PG or VG and flavorings that do not have nic. in it are one thing but mixed e-liquid and devices used for vaping fall under the FDA tobacco products category I think. So if you are content mixing your own liquid without nic you should be home free on that part.Kind of like how "pipe tobacco" is exempt from the cigerette tax increases.
-
If you can find the same flavor or a complimentory one in PG you can mix and fix that.Other options will reduce the flavor include distilled water and plain PG .
-
It is coming.I think e-cigg taxes will be the gateway to a full internet tax .Goverenments are looking for cash and we as usual are an easy target.
-
I haven't tried any of those ,but I have never had a bad Boge product. As far as mods go I think one with a mechanical switch using 14500's would be far superior and more cost effective than the big battery stock jobbies as the only circutry is what is on the battery and the switch should be more trouble free. The big battery models like the Ego and such are for sure a step up from the small battery models .All will for sure deliver the goods.I am all about cost effective though so I stick with 14500 box mods .

Found An Item That Cleans And Fills Cartomizers In Seconds!

Not finding it with those names. -
Nice.

What kind of Bass do you play? I have a Dean acoustic fretless that I really like and a State Of The Art P bass.
-
Some liquids are better at higher voltage or lower resistance as well. You just hasta experiment ,the 5 volt passthrough is a very good idea and it may keep you in business during a failure of batteries or charger.I would also recomend a wall wart power supply for it.

Atomizer Firing But Not Getting Any Vape?
mcquinn replied to LinksZelda21's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Sounds like a bad or dirty connection.Or perhaps liquid has shorted something out.Clean it up good and jiggle the center post to try to make sure it connects. -
Slight Difference In Cartomizers
mcquinn replied to Viper Ron's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
I have found the Bauway carto's were just not very good at all .There were a few good ones but most ended up in the trash right away.Boge is way more consistant although you will find one once in a while where the air hole down the middle is smashed shut from the get go.The size does not matter ,so I am told .As long as they make good contact and allow for air to flow. -
You can have two rigs set up with complimenting flavors and just switch off. Will also help keep your tastebuds from getting aclimated and the flavor diminishing.Sometimes when an atty gets carboned up you end up keeping them energised longer to get a decent vape and they will get real hot.Time for a new atty when that happens as they usually don't clean well. Not to say you shouldn't try cleaning before chucking it though.

An 18650 is 2400 mAh and is a half inch longer and twice the diameter of as 14500.I would be skeptical.
-
I agree probably not making contact. You could get an adapter for 510 to 901/808 and switch to Ego or 510 Mega batteries if you want to stay with the 808's they are available as well.
-
Not real sure you can half again the mAh's in .5mm. I have gotten some Ultrafire 14500's that are quite a bit longer than most Ultrafire 14500's and they are still 900 mAh and the lithium magnesium IMR's are only 600 mAh . Hope they work out for you .

Safecig Is Such A Bad Company. Plus Pv Recommendations.
mcquinn replied to MafiaXTS's topic in New Vapers Forum
Try getting a hold of your credit card company and see if they can help.I would sugest an Ego or Joye 510 Mega kit with cartomisers. -
My point is a person with the right technique, liquid and atty or carto should be able to get a good vape from any of the PV's out there as they are just power supplies. You are correct if it is a 5 volt passthrough and that suits a person then a 5 volt mod would be the correct choice or a big battery and low resistance.I can get as good of a vape from DSE 801 batteries as I get from a 14500 ,just not for as long so I would require more batteries on hand. There are a lot people spending a lot money and ending up with just another version of what they had.
-
The PV is just a power supply the atties or cartomisers are the business end.So I would concentrate on those and your liquid choice. If you are having trouble getting the vapor you need from a PT then you will not have much success with any PV using the same liquid,atty/carto and technique.I know there will be some dissenters but when you get down to it the PV just puts out a given voltage and that would be just the same from any similar voltage PV.Battery size determines how long you will get that voltage but batteries are cheap and do not take up much space .If you notice there are a lot of people looking for the perfect PV out there and I suspect they are in the same boat as you.
