  1. I use PG or a mix.I didn't think DIY saved me anything.I had to lay in supplies.I threw away most of what I made cause it was awefull. And it took time.I prefer just reachin in my stash and pulling out a bottle that is ready to go.The liquids I use are less than $0.50 a ml and I use 20 to 30 ml a week.Besides the suppliers have kids to feed and bills to pay like the rest of us.
  2. The cold will slow down the chemical reaction that makes the electrons flow. But if you have it in your pocket and take it out to use it should not make any difference.Just if you leave it out in the cold Jeep or whatnot.
  3. Same here in Richmond In .About an inch on the grass and it is starting to stick to the pavement.I think I prefer the rain,I don't have to shovel it.
  4. I just found out LieCigUSA has the M401 stuff http://www.litecigusa.net/m401_cigarette_starter_kit_and_accessories_s/26.htm
  5. I think a hammer and drywall screw would be quicker .But it is neat .
  6. I used to work a lot of Holidays ,you just adjust.
  7. Between this and your other post sounds to me like you should go to 3.7 volts and standard resistance.High voltage and low resistance is not for everyone.I can use 2.0 ohm carto's @ 3.7 but never could do voltage higher than 4 volts unless I was trying to get a few more days from a carboned up atty.Once you scorch the filler the game is over you cannot get that taste out .Kind of like lighting the wrong end of an analog.
  8. Make sure it says USP grade on it.Stands for U.S. Pharmicuticals. It is usually with skin stuff.
  9. Hehe
  10. Let the festivities begin.
  11. Welcome.I have found with atomisers the most popular domestic liquids seem to carbon them up real quick leading to thier demise.Try to find some Dekang liquid, while the flavors are not as enhanced as the popular domestics there are some very liquids and the extended atomiser life is worth a lot to me.VaporTalk,MadVapes,VaporKings,AwesomeVapor and LiteCigUSA are a few places I get it from.
  12. You don't seem to understand the mentality of people who would rather interfere in someone elses business than deal with thier own.
  13. I think the liquid is the bigger factor than the device.
  14. I would think the residue left after vaporization would affect the contents of the tank.Cartomisers don't work as well after a few days because of this.
  15. Very creative. The boxes, adapters and switches that we make boxmods with make very good passthroughs as well ,and are very inexpensive.
  16. Two 18650's in a row? That must be huge .My 1 x 18650 pipe bomb is almost 5 inches long .Those switches are awefull. They hurt your thumb . .
  17. They won me over as well.Simple ,cost effective and just effective. The low resistance 1.8-2.0 ohm ones are pretty nice as well.
  18. For the 18650 I used 3/4 copper pipe and made a pipe bomb.MadVapes had some battery clips that I considered using in the coffin box.But then I decided 18650 batteries were too big.14500 is the perfect size for my pocket.I just built one with two 14500's in parallel for long time and more current.14650's the only thing I could find was a 2xAA flashlight and I had to bore it out.Was a pain and it just sits in my junk drawer.
  19. I use both atties and carto's,I drip with 306's at home and use Boge carto's when I go out.you have to make sure to get enough liquid in a carto ,about 20-22 drops for a new one and let it soak in for a while before lighting it off or you will get the burnt taste.I like the 60 ml bottles of Dekang liquid for keeping costs down. But you ned to make sure you like the flavor before laying in that much .
  20. No, but at least they have small bottles to try so you don't get stuck with a lot of liquid in case you don't like it.The prices look fair.Let us know if you go for it.
  21. . Built another one today, the one on the righ has two 14500's in parallel and storage for either a 3 ml bottle of liquid or a spare carto.
  22. Hmm looks easy enough ,I might have to get me one of those.I am very slow to try new stuff, only been using carto's for a short while.
  23. O,O oh my ,is that P.C.?
  24. I only see where other than cosmetic there would be of no benefit of a sheild on a 510.On any atties if you are getting enough liquid acumulation between the threads and the element cup to cause leakage then it is time to blow it out and modify your technique. As long as the bridge and wick that are intended to hold the liquid are in place leakage should not be a problem.
