How Do You Clean Up An E-Liquids Spill On Cotton?
mcquinn replied to Tektronik's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I would think a wet washcloth should do it.PG and VG are pretty much water soluable, unless it has some coloring added it should wash right out. -
Usually after some wear. You can smash them a little to tighten them back up.

After I found out about Rally/Checkers Chicken Bites I would never consider a McNugget anyway.☺

I would just blow the atties out the first time.Chance of burning the element out with a dry burn.

Does seem a little on the inexpensive side. Some of the lowest price liquids don't seem to have any flavor for me.You might try a small order and see.LiteCigUSA has the same Dekang Nuport as you get from VaporKings but a little less expensive.I like all thier tobacco flavors.Madvapes has inexpensive Dekang liquid ,but it doesn't seem to have much flavor to me.The only way to find out for sure is give them a try.

I would say some does get airborn. On a sunny day it amazes me how much vapor is dancing in the sunbeams. And it will coat the inside of my van windows faster than residue from smoking ever did .Does clean off easier though.

Really Strange Juice Order(Blue Mist)
mcquinn replied to bobthesalesclerk's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I thought it tasted like mothballs or some chemical like that.Never got better.Threw most away.Dekang liquid is most cost effective for me. -
Most batteries that are not mods do have cutoffs for overcurrent, undervoltage or time.

blow through the LED end of the battery or tough it it out and toke on it.

I don't put much faith in video reveiws. The usual line is "this is for sure my new all day device/liquid" I have never found a negative reveiw yet but I don't bother with them any more .

Anyone Own One Of These And Is 6 Volt To High To Vape?
mcquinn replied to Viper Ron's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I don't think LR would be a very good match at all.But I don't care for anything over 4 volts unless I am trying to milk a few more days from a corboned up atty. This is getting to be like razors ,keep adding another blade .Someone should just go ahead and skip to a 120 volt AC powered PT and get it over with.Maybe they could mod a soldering iron. -
It takes about 22 drops to fill one from the top with the rubber plug out.And you need to let them sit for a bit to soak in or they will do the dry burn.Especially with high VG liquid.I just throw the plug away and use a drip tip or a cut down 510 or 901 cart ,easier to fill and no hot metal in my mouth.

Alien Visions - Becoming Too Much Of A Hassle?
mcquinn replied to Deadpool809's topic in General Vaping Discussion
I tried AVE once and none of the liquids had any flavor except the bannana flavored one.Who wants bannana?I wish there was a better description and I wouldn't have ordered that one .Gorilla juice I think they called it and it was in with the tobacco's. -
It took me a while but one day I just lost my taste for them.Baby steps I suppose. It took a few years to get hooked .Hats off to those who just stop,I am not that strong.
-
Nice work.It is kind of fun knockin those box mods out.I must have 10 or 12 around here with 801,510 and 901 connectors.Mine are all 3.7 volts though, even the ones with 2 batteries.

@ 6 mg you would get sick of vaping before you get too much nic.I have found when a carto has reached the end of its lifespan I add more liquid trying to get flavor and big vapor from it and it ends up leaking out everywhere.Depending on the liquid usually 3 to 5 days of use and it is time for a new one.A person can also cut a 510 or 901 cart down and use it for a mouthpeice in place of the rubber plug. When you drip the liquid in tilt it at an angle and drip on the side and let it run into the filler. The whole vaping thing is a learning curve, hang in there.
-
I use the refillable carto's and they have a rubber plug you remove and it is quite simple to drip into the filler.I the use a drip tip instead of the goofy rubber plug as I don't like hot metal cartos's in my mouth. If you are trying to drip through the vapor hole it will likely go right through the middle and exit on your hands or in the battery. As far as the nic thing jus vape until you are happy ,it is unlikely you will over do it @ 18 mg.
-
Just keep it simple ,find a PV you can easily identify and find replacements for ,the standard is 3.7 volts and the only difference is how long your battery lasts between charges. The stock 3.7 volt devices produce the same vapor from the same liquid on a fully charged battery. We all have our favorites and if you stick around a while you will no doubt see our favorites change to whatever the next one we buy is.Not sure why but no matter how well our rig is working we are on the prowl for something better.
-
I am not sure I would pay that much for battery life. The size is too big for me and carrying 2 extra 14500's,abottle of liquid and a spare carto in an old flip top ciggie case is not any difference than what I used to haul around.

Are you using low resistance or dual coil? That might be doing it if you are over drawing the current. -
