How old is your element?After a few days/weeks depending on the liquid the carbon buildup on the element starts dissolving back into the liquid.Time for a new one usually for me.

Like Christie said the bigger the number the stronger the nicotine content.You pretty much should go with the lowest number you can get away with .16 is a good starting point.If you are trying to beat your addiction to nicotine you can work your way down until you get to 0 nicotine or just decide it is time to quit vaping.A lot of folks just substitute vaping for smoking and they tend to stick with the higher content.Welcome and enjoy.

My posts end up in quotes because my screen freezes while I type and I have to copy and paste after I refresh and the onliest way you can paste is by using the quote.I like cartomisers while I am out because they are smaller to fit in my pocket and on my 14500 box mod the whole thing is easy to palm or blend in with other things at work where vaping is frowned upon ,more durable when I lean over and it falls out of my pocket and a good cartomiser is almost as good as my Vivi Nova.I really did enjoy Boge cartomisers before the quality went down the tubes.
