  1. I think 5 volts kinda burns the liquid and makes it taste bad, but some like it.The bigger longer lasting more time between charges is the big selling point.I have a Joye/Janty passthrough with the battery inline and is a 3.7 volt one ,and a homemade one that does 5 volts .I have found that if you cart at 5 volts the poly melts and forms a crust that keeps the liquid from soaking in.5 volts does keep the attomizer element cleaner and I suppose it seem tha atty is lasting longer.I just clean mine wwhen the flavor starts to change.Kinda like everything else personal preference and appearance .Some people like the old "mine is bigger than yours " line.
  2. I call mine a personal vaporizer instead of E-cigg. and just tell them it is nicotine replacement therapy like the patch ,only this I only use as needed or PRN as we say in the healthcare industry. Most think it is great I am not polluting the air anymore.
  3. Imagine the size of something like that.I thought maybe a heated chamber with the element wrapped around the outside ,then you mist the liquid in and the excess would run back into the resevoir. Then I realised how big and expensive that would be and started admiring the engineering that went into an e-cigg.
  4. The popular domestic brands do and a couple UK based ones.I have been throwing everything away after I started watching "Hoarders" wish I had saved one.My passthrough broke and the best place to get a replacement was in the UK ,I went ahead and bought some liquid to get the most from the shipping fee.Really good liquid ,really bad bottle.
  5. I guess after they show you what to do in the event of a crash they should show you how to subdue a hijacker to death. It would save a lot of tax dollars and might serve as a deterrant.
  6. I was just looking for something to use at work to beat the bans on smoking.Turned out I just don't smoke at all now.
  7. My cardiologist prescribed them for me when I had my heart attack but the insurance would not pay and man were they pricey.I work at a hospital that is self insured you would think they would be happy to pay if I was thinking about quitting. That was about five years ago and I finaly was able to quit with a $40.00 Joye 302.I doubt they would pay for that either even if it would save them a lot .
  8. Does any one but me hate the glass E-liquid bottles with the plastic metering device? It takes forever for the goods to go where you need them.No stop light dripping with those babies. One company sent eyedroppers you could use in place of them but they don't fit all the different companies bottles.
  9. I just can't find anything I think would be better than a 302 on a 3.7 volt PT.But a lot of people are buying those things.
  10. Thank you and you as well.

There are a lot of times I wished I was making a lttle smaller cloud as long as I was getting the nic.I don't really see where the vapor has any body to it ,just eye candy .
  12. man you must have had some doozies.
  13. I play to the audience but mostly try to cut a low profile.
  14. Wow I wish I could afford 10 batteries. If I bought that many I wouldn't have any money for e-liquid.Since I use the passthrough most of the time,I have one at work and another at home I usually only have to charge one or two batteries a day.I use the DSE 801 280 mAh batteries with 510,901 or mostly 302 attomizers.

I haven't used one of those ,but I would assume it would be like the rest slow drag ,fill mouth with vapor ,then inhale,if you try to inhale stright to lungs they can be pretty harsh.Make sure the battery is fully charged as that would lower production.Different auto batteries have different timing I know Joye 302 batteries don't give you enough time to warm things up compared to a DSE 801 battery.I beleive those cartomizers will fit a DSE 901 passthrough if provisions are made for air to get in below the atty.
  16. The problem is there is a different business model for 5 or 6 a week in your garage than there is for hundreds a week with overheaad and employees who may not share your labor of love and are just trying to get a check. And if you have to secure financing for expansion things really change.I am not saying it cannot be done but I sure am not that ambitiouse any more.
  17. Santa brought me the money to but some bannana E-liquid Jason has marked down.I love a sale .
  18. the Joye passthrough at less than $20.00 has the same 360 mAh battery that the popular 3.7 volt mods have and you can get a 24 volt usb charger.
  19. It took me five years after my heart attack to find a way to quit smoking .Boy if I would have had a 510 back then.I tried patches ,pills nose sprays ,candy toothpicks ,cold turkey (not too bad on rye with mustard but don't ry to light it) vaping is the only thing that works for me it has been four months since I smoked and I have come down from 24 mg liquid to 11 mg and I ordered some 6 mg tonight .
  20. I would get the 510 a couple extra atty's ,some mega batteries and a passthrough .And makes sure you keep enough juice on hand that you don't run dry.I use a little over 15 ml a week and I get paid every other week and it three to five days for shipping so I try to keep four or more bottles on hand.I had a few times sweatin it out waiting for the mailman to arrive.
  21. The worst part is since we put them in charge of taking care of us ,they can decide what we ingest or inhale .
  22. I was depressed after my heart attack ,it sucks when you get the list of things you cannot do anymore.I was not able to quit smoking for five years after the incident but I did manage to get in better shape and lower my blood pressure and cholesterol.I have been off the ciggerettes for around six months now and I emailed my cardiologist and family doc to tell them about the E-cigg and they were glad for me and did not seem to have any objections to the Vaping.Hang in there.
  23. Merry Christams to all I hope you get to spend some quality time with loved ones and I hope Santa loads you down.
  24. Well it passed now it goes to conference. The people who do this cannot even comprehend living on $10.00 an hour ,but most of the people I know have to.Insurance is available to them but they would have to choose not to have shelter or food or transportaion to get it.
  25. Good luck with your project ,I hope it works. My earlier post was a little negative but I still beleive I made some valid points.I was refering to full scale manufacturing you may be thinking on a smaller scale.
