I use the Janty Kissbox passthrough ,I have two I like the 3.7 volts and they have 801/302 threads for my low bridge pennstyles and I can easily switch between auto or manual switch.They are kind of pricey but it is what I wanted ,twice.

Perhaps at higher voltage you can vaporise more of the liquid out of a carto @ 3.7 I think a lot of liquid was wasted that was farther away from the element.I have a feeling if there is vaping after "Big Brother" gets done with us preloaded cartos will be the only thing we will be able to buy as far as nic goes.That is the only way they will be able to control it and tax it.

Well my 10440's finally,got about used up.I bought four to use in my box mods .They had pretty good life the first couple of weeks ,I use them at 3.7 volts .Overall I think I prefer the stock DSE 801 manual batteries ,I have five different switches in my box mods and none of them work as easily as a stock manual switch and the switch location is perfect on the DSE 801's for me.As long as you have three or four batteries and two chargers the stock batteries for me just require less effort and that is what I am all about.The 18650 mod is just too heavy and large to be practical.Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I wouldn't leave it in the car during the summer,perhaps some of those 3 ml travel bottles would be a good investment .Only drag around what you need for the day.Best to keep your hoard in a cool dark place for longest shelf life.

I have used two of the five I got ,not too impressed .They hold way more liquid than what I got back out in vapor compared to 901 or 801 carts .I think the vapor production was about the same.I didn't see where the liquid tasted any better.I suppose if you load one up with high octane and only hit it once in a while it might work ,but I use no nic and vape a lot so I had to contantly refill almost as much as carts.It kind of bothered me to throw away an atty that still could make vapor but the filler was shot.If you like them enjoy ,as for me I am going back to carts.I got the ones with the white rubber plugs in them .

After only having it for two weeks I would have to say Sweet Dawn is the best I have had so far.I gave in and got it even though it had nic ,but every review I read made me want to try it.It has been described as Runts ,Jolly Rogers and many other flavors that apeal to me.I can't pin it down but it is a familiar tasty flavor.

After I quit drinking I started noticing how ridiculouse I must have appeared sometimes ,drunk.This one made me think about my smoking days.

BigJim you will get a higher voltage on a battery that is not hooked to a load.Unfortunatly it requires building an adapter to measure voltage and amperage of a battery/atty under load and during this process you are introducing a few more connections that might alter the readings a minute amount.As far as AC voltage you can measure anything from 110 to 120 volts from your outlets in your house .I also noticed that you didn't switch the meter between AC and DC .

I don't care for more than 4 volts and prefer 3.7.On my mods I put my batteries in parellel for longer life at 3.7 volts.I use 4.8 ohm resistors on my homemade passthroughs to chock them down to 4 volts.I guess it is a matter of personal taste.My kissbox passthrough is essentially what you have ,a passthrough you can use as a battery powered stand alone unit.

Clever .I always thought portable phone battery packs would be good to use just couldn't find an easy way to chrge them,unless I used the one that is in my phone I use I could switch them out.

The adapter bring 12 volts in a car down to 5 volts .

Thtree of the vendors I use have been hosed by PayPal in the past .Thier money was held up for a spell and the site were effectivly shut down until alternative accounts could be arranged for credit card transactions.I am not a very big fan of PayPal or Wal-Mart for that matter.Wal-Mart used to advertise about having a lot of American made product but now I don't think they have any.

I would think that stuff holds more liquid in reserve and you could drip more drips less often without having leakage.There is only so much room in the pot and two or four holes in it.The element is going to get just as hot either way.

How do you recharge it?

I only use a few trusted vendors and they always charge the same minimal fee for shipping small orders and usually free shipping on larger orders .It just makes my life a lot easier,I would just have one but sometimes things get in short supply so it is required to have options.Vapor Talk,ElectroNicStix,AwesomeVapor and WetYourStick.I have never had a problem with any of these vendors.

I understand .If I were to be of that mindset I don't believe I would limit myself with batteries.I would just get a lab power supply and a straight passthrough ,then I could have total control over all aspects .Voltage and current.For the short time I am using batteries I just make sure I have enough mAh's to get me from one passthrough to the other.
