  2. Welcome to the forum. There is usually something of interest every day on here and some of the best vapers in the world.
  3. Apparently if a person applies themselves and really makes an effort you can injure yourself with an ecig. I guess I just don't have the stick to itivness cause in over 7 years I haven't got a scratch. But like anything else a company with something to lose has to cover their posteriors .
  4. I think different ingredients vaporize at different temperatures and some stuff just gets left behind entirely. So for me as a tank gets lower the stuff I am vaping seems to be a sludge of leftovers and the flavor and vapor production get less satisfying.
  5. Actually starter kits are a good value . A person should have backups for their backups when they decide to commit to vaping. It takes a while for stuff to come in the mail and brick and mortar stores are usually higher priced to cover the overhead. Not that they aren't entitled to whatever they are charging, part of being a successful business person is knowing your cost and what you need to make to achieve your goals. Once you are sure you have on hand what you need then it is time to start experimenting and adding toys. I still keep Boge cartomisers and Joye 306 atomisers on hand as well as an assortment of batteries and clearomisers. I also keep at least a months supply of my favorite liquids on hand as I prefer Dekang and the local vendors only sell domestic which I have found to shorten the life of my atomizing devices. Just enjoy and do what you enjoy regardless of what is hot on the forums.
  6. Unless you are using unprotected batteries in a mechanical mod there kind of is. It will simply stop working when it reaches the low discharge level. I don't do low ohm or high voltage but do have a propensity to run my IMR batteries almost dead in my mechanicals and have not had any problems. I suppose the IMR formula is protecting an idiot. Have only been able to blow up one battery in over 8 years of vaping and experimenting. It really took some effort on my part and since it was not contained was more of a smelly smoky fizzle. Just follow manufacturers recommendations and you should be ok.
  7. The more flavorful the liquid the quicker it will carbon up elements. That's just the way it is. Hotter ,either lower resistance or higher voltage may help burn some off but you will just go through liquid quicker. Look for lighter liquids if you are trying to be value minded.
  8. That's a new way of describing something I am sure we all have done. For the most part more vapor is the goal except when you are trying to be sneaky. If you don't use it for a while I would guess the coil is getting good and saturated with liquid, then as you vape a while it does not replenish as fast as you are vaporizing it. Not know what you are using it would be hard for anyone to make a suggestion on changing the situation. Another thing that happens is the battery recovers a little during idle times and the first few hits are at a higher voltage. For more vapor use less resistance coils and or higher voltage for less vapor use higher resistance coils and or lower voltage. Those are only options for more advanced or mainstream devices. The convenience store ecigs are pretty much run what you brung.
