I've been vaping it for the past few minutes steady and haven't had a dry or burnt hit yet. Of course, I can't quite draw on it properly because of the whole recently pulled tooth thing, but so far, not bad. It's a much airier draw than I'm used to (with a bit of a whistle), but great vapor so far. I'll be anxious to see after a few days or cleanings if it starts leaking. I'm also anxious to really draw on it once I don't have to worry about the risk of ending up with a dry socket on my damn pulled tooth lol. Anyone else given this thing a try yet?

A friend of mine just made a very good point... I chose extraction over a root canal or an implant. He may be in the Bahamas, but my actions may have forced him to fly coach. Ahh, it's the little things lol

I've been very careful how I'm vaping since last night, although I have to admit I haven't been wanting to as often. No joke, it took an hour and a half for him to get the tooth out, so not only is the actual site sore, but my cheek has a pretty nasty bruise and it's really swollen. I have so much pain in my cheek that I don't even think I'd be able to tell if I did have dry socket. He did give me some dry socket packing, just in case, since he will be at his home in the Bahamas for the holiday. Must be nice lol. Thanks for the advice, letting me vent and whine, you know. I'll say it again... this sucks!

It was the last molar on the top. Every time I swallow there is a "sucking" feeling between my tooth and that side of my nose. Part of the root is still there. After an hour and a half he just couldn't get it out because he was afraid he was going to push it into my sinus. Ugh, this sucks!

So my question is pretty simple... anyone try vaping after having a tooth pulled? Just had a back molar pulled and they gave me the usual "don't smoke" lecture. Just wondering if anyone has and if they had problems with it. Right now I'm half numb, half in pain, and dying for a vape

Ugh, I get this all the time too. This weekend it was my favorite... "Propylene Glycol?!?! That's anti-freeze!! Do you know how many chemicals are in nicotine that cause cancer?!?!" Um, no, it's not the nicotine that causes cancer... it's the 4000+ other chemicals I was directly ingesting into my lungs. That person got pretty quiet when I told them that PG is used in asthma inhalers and nebulizer treatment liquid and that VG (PG as well) is a common element in food flavorings that this person probably ingests every day without even knowing it. I do get pretty frustrated sometimes when dealing with this, but then I remember it's not about what they think. It's about me and what I am doing for myself.

Ugh, I hate hiccups! I used to get them while INhaling sometimes when I smoked... what a pain that was! Hated it when it happened at work because I only had a couple minutes for a cigarette. It ruined my entire break!

I love The Vapor Room. My all-day vape from them is their French Vanilla. I'm not into tobacco flavors.. I like the sweet stuff. But, like everyone says, taste is a personal thing Part of the reason I quit analogs is because I was starting to really hate the taste. Anyway, another great flavor from them that I absolutely LOVE (yes, in caps lol) is their Lemon Meringue. It's like inhaling pie! The lemon is not sour, it's just really light and yummy. The 3 ml sample thing they do with every order is great too. It's saved me from wasting money on a couple juices that I thought I would like but wasn't too crazy about when I tried them. Haven't had a chance to sample their Mtn Do yet... maybe my next order

French Vanilla from The Vapor Room. Not too sweet, just mmmm... my all day vape

I'm going to be ordering a back up battery today (finally!... actually, this will become my primary) and I really want a pass through. Looking at them on the site I will be ordering from, I notice that there is an eGo-C and and eGo-T pass through. I use 1.8 ohm clearomizers. Both those pass throughs should be compatible, right? I'm not really sure why they are listed differently. Is there enough of a difference that there is one you would recommend over the other? On another note... I started vaping as a way to quit smoking. Just got a sample of a flavor that I absolutely LOVE and will be ordering a big bottle of, so now I'm wondering... how am I ever going to stop vaping lol. The juice flavors are almost as addicting as the nicotine. So glad I found vaping! Anyway, any advice on the pass-through would be greatly appreciated

I hate days like that, mostly because I'm pretty much playing with fire right now... no back-ups. I have one battery, one charger, and one LR clearomizer. I do have 3 SR clearo's, but after trying low resistence I use them as my last resort. Hope it gets better for you! Hang in there

Glad this thread got bumped because I have a steeping question! Would a flavor that is really sugary sweet mellow out with some steeping? I'm quickly learning that different vendors have wildly different ideas of French Vanilla. Bottle I got today is good, but whew, is it ever sweet!

Ordered some juice from madvapes last night and figured I'd try out a Clear eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer, Flat Tip. It was dirt cheap, so I figured why not? There were about 70 reviews on it, mostly good. We'll see. I was really surprised at their prices. I'm really hoping it's not reflective of the quality of their juice, but like I said, we'll see when the stuff comes in

I hear ya! I got quite the wide-eyed look from the soccer mom in the car next to me while I was waiting for my son to get out of practice the other day. I just smiled and kept vaping away. :P

I found the trick to using my low res clearomizer. First, I have to start drawing on it without pressing the battery button, then press the button, then let go, then press again. Then the moon, stars, and sun all have to line up just so and during that brief cosmic miracle I can get two or three hits that taste good out of it lol.

Yep, totally missed it. I should have felt it, but for whatever reason, it did absolutely nothing at my house. My kids never felt it either. Next thing we knew my daughter's Ipod starting going off like crazy because all her friends were freaking out about it. My kids were actually a little bummed I think. "Nothing exciting ever happens to us." lol

So I'm guessing it's not a true eGo.But, for 20 bucks it got me started. I've actually been looking at the eGo passthroughs. I used to use charging time as an excuse to take a break but, pffft, why would I want to do that? With a pass through I could vape 24/7! Authentic ego's are made by Joye, right? You're so right Tam! 50/50 + LR = Loads of Pretty Vapor! But... I'm getting no taste whatsoever. And it's not the juice, because I've been vaping the same bottle on a SR clearo too, and I can taste it on that one. Wait, I lied. I am getting some taste.... burned plastic, but that's still some kind of taste, right? Yuck. So, I'm thinking LR may not be compatible with whatever volts, watts, power or whatever my battery is capable of putting out. My dad has one of those tester thingies (that IS the technical term, right guys ) Anyway, I'll get a number and get back to you because I really love the draw and the vapor production of LR! And, seeing that I love what a LR atty puts out for sheer volume of vapor, there's no point in finally ordering my back up battery until I know what I'm going to need to successfully vape big, beautiful clouds of tasty vapor. Just hope it doesn't break the bank.

Good to know, I wouldn't have thought of that. So much to learn lol. I'm also looking at the eGo T atomizers. Seems pretty straight forward... and relatively cost effective. So far I've spent about 15 bucks just on clearomizers in the past month, and the O-ring came out of the top part of one of my newer ones (inside the unit, not on the mouthpiece... can't get it back in to save my life!) I'm gettin great vape but almost no flavor from a brand new LR one. Although, I guess that could be the juice. Should flavors weaken in just over a week's time if stored properly? Just looking for something simple that will still give me great flavor but doesn't involve direct dripping.

I'm almost a month into this and thinking about getting something different to vape with than the clearomizers I've been using. I'm looking at a Dual Coil Tank. Mostly, I'm tired of getting the burnt taste every now and then and I'm wondering how these compare to a clearomizer. But, I have some questions first... Do these work pretty much like a clearomizer? Fill it, screw it on the battery and go? About how long to they last before they need to be replaced (months? days? weeks?) and generally how often do they need to be cleaned? How does flavor and vapor production compare? I love the vapor I'm getting from my LR Ego Vision V2, but I'm not getting much taste from it at all. (I was on a SR clearo) Are they made to be used with an Ego battery or the cigarette-looking things? I know the best flavor and vapor comes from direct dripping, but I'm still trying to get used to the ecig thing in general, so I'm taking baby steps. Blah... I need help lol

It made sense in my head. I've been mixing flavors in my clearo since I started (right now I've got chocolate and strawberries & cream going... yum) and it hit me that I could do this to make better use of all the liquid I have as I try to cut down.
