OK, when I smoked I loved my Camel Menthols. I used Desert Ship and Nuport, both from litecigusa.net, found my right mix and loved it for a while. Then I discovered all the great flavors out there. You need to keep in mind that nothing will taste like a cigarette because there's no burning. Keep trying and testing and you'll find the one that works for you. Surprisingly I don't like menthol juices anymore even though I loved Camel's.

OK, do I finally got it wicking. I changed the wick and it was going well. I wrapped my first coil and it came in @ 1.6 ohms. It was vaping pretty good but I was getting that funky taste, more research tells me it needs to break in. But, now I keep popping coils. Initially no hot spots are showing and it heats up uniformly. It pops right off the positive post. I tried allowing a bit more slack and running it tight but it's keeps popping. I'm using my Vamo on VP mode @ 7-8 watts, that's my sweet spot. UUUUGGGGHHHH!!!!!! WHY DID I HAVE TO START THIS!!! LOL

What Is Your Favorite Electronic Cigarette Tastes
robv1978 replied to yundoo002's topic in General Vaping Discussion
High Caliber Killa Vanilla 50/50 @ 24mg and I've recently become a fan of Boba's Bounty. To bad they're two flavors that sell out all the time. I've also recently discovered nitelitevapor's line @ litecigusa.net and I have to say they're becoming a favorite. I'll post some reviews later in the week. -
I have a Vamo and love it. The only problems I've had with fittings is the Kanger MT3, remedied by using a 510 to ego adapter. Also, I just got my Smoktech locking DCT and the airflow is tight, remedied by an air flow controller. Everything else works great, my Vivid Nova, CE4's and my standard (nonlocking plastic) Smoktech DCT.

Do You Keep Your E-Cig Next To The Bed When You Sleep?
robv1978 replied to DarthVaper's topic in Polls and Questionnaires
Yes, partially out of old habit but mostly for convenience. I can grab all my stuff at once after I wake up and get dressed. I generally don't start vaping first thing like I did when I smoked. -
Try it and let us know :-P
-
Thanks, I did try dripping onto the coil but didn't even consider removing the fill screw. I'll try that.

Just got another big order in. Got three bottles of nitelitevapor juices in and a bunch of other stuff.

I received my Genesis V2 today and it doesn't seem to be wicking. It has a pre installed steel mesh wick @1.6 ohm. I'm using a 65/35 Pg/Vg juice. I'm new to this so helpful advice would be appreciated. And yes, I know there are better/ more expensive ones out there but like I said I am brand new to this and didn't want to spend much more than I did. Thanks. :-)

Even though the tip is plastic the inners go almost to the top of it. So once it's wet with saliva it is possible to be conductive. You should definitely contact the vendor though. The coil may be shorting due to any number of reasons.

That actually makes a lot of sense. We generally mouth long slow drags then inhale. Well, most of the vapor isn't inhaled due to the fact that we are inhaling air with it on top if the air that we initially took in with the mouth full. That's what gives a lighter, smoother hit. Thus filling our lungs with more air than vapor. So, the concentration of the vapor is decreased when mixed with the increased air and most of what's exhaled is what stays in our mouths. Look in the mirror next time you vape. .... just my theory. :p

I was watching some pbusardo reviews today and he had a little thing in the beginning of one video that made perfect sense foe new vapors. It went something like... The best set up and eliquid is the one that keeps you off the real thing. It's so true but us veterans lose sight of that when we're trying to teach newbies about the vaping experience. Some even try so hard to push what works for them or the biggest, most expensive mods/ products. I know we all have systems that work for us personally but it's definitely not one size fits all and that little quote reminds us if that.

Placed an order with LitecigUSA on Friday around noon and got it in Saturday's mail. AWESOME!!! That with good selection and great prices make this a great vendor.
-
Oh yeah and if you don't like the size of the Vivid Nova you can get the mini nova. Same thing just smaller.
-
If you really like the Stardust try the CE4. I've been using them for months with no issues and all the parts are replaceable, saving you money. I recently got 2 MT3's and I love the way they vape although they get leaky from time to time.
-
Go to Walmart and pick up a diabetic tester carry case for around $6.00 to carry all your extras (I'll post pics of mine). I use CE4's on ego style batteries with no issues and have been for a while. The only time I had an issue is when I dropped it on the sidewalk and broke the tank :-/ LOL
-
Yes they are the same just with a metal outer layer. I love the MT3's, I use them on my big battery PV's and I use CE4's on my ego style batteries. I also use a Vivi Nova tank quite a bit. They all perform similarly. The MT3 gives slightly truer flavor and I don't need to tip the MT3 when my juice gets low. I've considered going with them instead of CE4's but they tend to leak slightly when they start running low whereas the CE4's don't.

Oh, and litecigusa is AWESOME!!! That was the first vendor I ever ordered from. I still do occasionally but since he stopped carrying High Caliber I don't as much as I used to. He does have some new juices I really want to try though. Customer service is great and shipping is fast... 1-2 days it's in my mailbox. Then again I'm in PA.

I agree with Jeff. My question is how can a paid reviewer be unbiased? It's kind of an oxymoron like "paid volunteer". Just sayin'.
-
To each their own I guess.
-
Honestly I'll probably buy it again because I like the flavor better and I prefer a 50/50 mix.

http://www.alienvapor.com/bobas-bounty/ I'm guessing this is a copy but IMO it tastes better. I got some of the original and I'm not a huge fan of it. I tried it in several carts/ attys it tastes the best in a Kanger T3 and a carto tank. It is growing on me but I enjoy the stuff from alien vapor better.
