Yeah I meant 30 amp... LOL Efest 30 amp IMR18650NP 1600mah and a Vamped 40 amp 2000mah. The battery doesn't get hot just a little warm from transference. The button gets warmer than the body though.

I have a carvela clone using a dual coil .4 ohm rda with an IMR 30 watt 18650 battery.

He was a pack/shift (12 hr swing) smoker but last night he had ONE!!! I'm so happy he gave in another chance. He's using an MVP2 with a Nautilus... my same out and about setup *tear.

With a "standard" resistance build (1+ ohms) on a genny clone I went from 18 ultimately down to 12 where I still am. I recently got into cloud chasing and when I use my RDA for that I use 3mg and it works for me.

Cana modz 30w. After doing it once they're not that bad to build, they're still a PITA but not as bad LOL

Maybe I'm taking this wrong but this reply really bugs me. All the dude asks was how many wraps to get to 2 ohms because he's wasting wire trying to guess how many wraps will get him there and still fit. Instead of offering advice you bombarded him with questions assuming he has no idea of what he's doing. I think we've all guessed when building coils and that's how we all learned. Hell, I couldn't tell how many wraps of anything is good for what resistance. But, I build and then measure ohms and build again. Through trisl and error I know what works for me, for now. I'm always trying new builds and guessing if it's going to work for me and my tastes. I understand the importance of safety and take precautions as I'm sure he does.

Stripped threads on my VTR!
robv1978 replied to Bushwick's topic in Troubleshooting & Technical Issues
I've had my Cana about two weeks now and I love it. It's much smaller and lighter than the VTR (but so is a Buick) although IMO not quite as comfortable to hold. I really liked the curved side of the VTR. If you're looking at another box mod I suggest the Cana 30W. -
That's better

What no comments. ..LOL

My first shot at a Tricoil and decided to go dual. Coming in at .7 ohms.

Bump Everytime You Buy Something New

I got a Soldado RDA clone and it's awesome. I'm using a dual twisted coil .2 ohm build and it's freakin' awesome. -
No short the coil never came out of the positive post to touch anything. There was no venting, physical damage or high temperature of the battery. It charged fine. I researched a bit last night and IMR batteries have a "sleep mode" @ 2.3v to prevent damage. When they reach 2.3 they require a charge to "wake up" to continue use. It makes sense when you think about it. I use IMR batteries in my flashlights and when the die they charge and are still long lasting. So, actually 2.3v is still a safe voltage.

Have I've been missing something?

I've never had an issue with my iclear 30 or 30s flooding. I use 50/50 liquid and vape heavy. -
I'm running a dual twisted coil rda set up. My battery was reading 3.9v on a meter. I only took a couple hits and went over my neighbors for a few. He's running a single twisted coil. While I was there his stopped working. I let him try my battery to see if that was the problem, it still wouldn't fire. It turns out his positive screw came loose on his rda. When I put my battery back into my mod it wouldn't fire. I checked it on my meter and it registered 2.3v. It dropped 1.6v after a few test fires on his mod no more than 2-3 seconds. My question is WTF?

Tastes Great in the Store - But not at Home
robv1978 replied to CloudMaker's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
Did you check it out? -
Try Steam junk it actually feels like bubbles when you vape it LOL

I've been using the same flavors. Everyone's physiology is different so maybe I'm not geared to it... or I just hit way to much LOL When I do it moderately I have no issues. I am going to order some 0 nic to have when I experiment with new coil builds.

Kidney puncher, I've had it over a year and it still works as good as day 1. -
Tastes Great in the Store - But not at Home

Whenever I want to buy a flavor I never tried from a B&M I bring my dripping HH357 clone and an ego battery to try the bottle I intend to purchase. It allows you to know what it's really going to taste like and I've never had an issue with someone telling me I can't do it. -
Whoa.. My neighbor convinced me to try cloud chasing, not that I needed a real push. I figured I'd get 6mg nic because I normally use 12. Damn was I wrong.... even 6 is to high. I guess I'll be ordering 3 or 0 next. Keep in mind we were chain vaping on our newly made twisted coils and I was on a .2 dual twisted coil with a fresh 18650 battery (4.2v) with lots of air flow hitting those coils. I got the sweats, mild headache and an upset stomach. The usual symptoms of to much nic. Time for a bottle of water and rest. The point of this being in the eliquid forum is so others know that if you want to start clouding than have some ultra low or 0 nic on hand. Don't do what I did and if you start feeling ill STOP or you'll get even sicker or worse. Nicotine is toxic in moderately high doses and clouding gives you much more faster.

Of course there's not. No one talks about the screw ups they just show off the good results. I've never done it personally but I do know fellow vapers that have had batteries over heat and vent because they pushed them to hard. They kind of laugh it off and admit they knew they were beyond the battery's limits. They also know how lucky they are.

Not in a tube style but there are 5v batteries. I guess I should have been clearer. I assumed people would have understood.
