Ive had many VV devices and I always go back to my Provari. ( Ive had it for 2 years now) Its reliable and awesome!!

Try a different juice supplier and see if that helps.

I prefer the longer wicks. Less chance off a dry hit imho.

Make sure the coil head in the Nova tank is screwed down securely

My Evod & Vivi Nova rarely leak. There are copies out there that may not be built so well.

I dont think you're causing any real damage. Consistently taking a hit until the cut off may decrease the longevity of the batt in the long run, but I have not scientific data to back that up.
