I notice that I rotate e-juice flavors because I love the variety. But when I smoked, all I wanted was Marlboro Lights. Day in and day out, 30 cigs a day and I didn't want anything else. I didn't complain. I liked my Marlboros and I was satisfied. Now why the obsession with flavors? And it goes beyond the juice of course. Now I like to try different units. I actually get excited (relax keenan ) hearing about new units coming out. But when I smoked, I didn't buy the 100's or the shorts, I liked mine regular. I don't have any answers. Any psychologists out there?

Hi fatalis, there are so many mods out there and it seems that people love whatever they own. There is the Silver Bullet, Xhaler, BB, GG, Chuck, lil Chuck, VP Series (VP1&2, VP/PT) the Spade, Protege etc..... I know I left some out,and there will be new ones this year. But that gives you an idea of how many different choices there are. I would suggest going to the different suppliers websites that sell the units and read up on what they offer and read posts in different forums about the different units, and then make an informed decision. Good luck with your decision and let us know what you come up with.

Hi Knight, the FDA does not regulate tobacco products. Thus NJOY's stance that the FDA has no jurisdiction over their product. They do however regulate drugs and smoking cesation devices and are deciding if e-cigs are drug delivery devices. I haven't heard anything recently on what the FDA is doing, but I assume we'll hear something in 2010. This is a very simplified answer, but a complete answer could take pages to write. But like you, I'm too lazy right now.

When I was using my NJOY I kinda liked getting some of the e-juice in my mouth. But sometimes it was just too much.

Brian, I've been hearing some people rave about these cartomizers for use on high voltage mods. I assume because the HV mods suck up the juice and these carto's hold a lot. If they are holding up to 20 drops, I may pick some up. What are the carto's compatible with? ie..... 510,801,901?

Keenan, if more people had your attitude this world would be a much better place!!! You know sometimes humor doesn't translate well when posting or texting. You can't hear the person's tone or see their body language. I tend to be sarcastic, and that doesn't always come across well on the comp. My wife and I have had some arguments over misinterpreted texts. Keep up the good work buddy and thanks for reminding me not to take life so seriously!

I experience the same symptoms when I vape alot. On days when I'm vaping less I don't have the irritated throat and dry coughs. I don't have a solution for you, except to vape less. I drink water and juices when vaping because of the dryness, but it doesn't take it away. I belive the PG is the culprit. Some people are allergic to PG and use VG instead. Sorry I'm not much help other than to say you're not alone. If somoeone has a cure please post it.

Hey oper8tor2, you started your vaping experience off great! You got a nice unit & you stocked up with atty's & juice. I have no doubt you will fall in love with vaping as we all have. btw am i understanding correctly that the 302 atty is the same thing as the 801? ..........yes you are correct.

Hi Uma, welcome to the forum. Yeah sometimes Chris mumbles. Chris is saying "shortbridge". The Vapor Talk store has them for sale. Look for the Joye 302 penstyle atomizers (shortbridge). Awesomevapor has them also. Just a note... some people refer to them as "lowbridge" & 801 LB. So you gonna get a VP2?
