Some of the members here recently got some 510 cartos. I have been using mine for a couple of days. I tried the "condom" method of re-filling, but found it to be messy. Now I just drip juice directly into the hole on the threaded end. Has anyone come up with a different method? I have to say I'm loving these cartos. The flavor and vapor production is great! I may give up dripping.

A couple of guys were showing how to refill the 510 cartos in video chat a couple of days ago. They said to refill from the cap end using the condom method. I just received my 510 cartos yesterday and I'm loving it so far.

I agree that vaping is an "alternative" to smoking. It is an alternative to people that already smoke and an alternative for people that want to smoke. Thousands of people begin smoking everyday. I would prefer they begin vaping rather than smoking analogs. Of course the best path to take is not to smoke or vape, but lets be realistic people are gonna start smoking so why not vape instead.

Hi Robin, vaping is a little different than smoking. When vaping, take a slow drag on the e-cig and don't inhale it directly into your lungs. When I vape, I draw the vapor into my mouth and then slowly inhale into my lungs. It takes some practice but you'll get the hang of it. Hey SerialVapist. Welcome to Vapor Talk !! Yes you will be able to drip with th eGo. The eGo does come standard with a 510 connector, so it sounds like you'll be ready to go. If you don't like constantly taking the cart tip off to drip, I would recommend the T-Tips from Super T Manufacturing or the new D-Tips from Nhaler. They allow you to drip into the mouthpiece without taking it off. I vape around 14 hours a day. Some days more, some less. Congrats on almost 2 months of vaping.

I'm sorry for not being too clear in my post. I just don't use the 510 on my HV units anymore. The 302 has been keeping me happy. Now that being said, my wife uses the 510 on her VP/PT and I have never heard her complain about a burnt taste.

Brian, I have experienced the exact same thing with my 510's at 5-6volts. I use the 302 on my VP/PT and my SB and I rarely get that burnt taste with it. I assume the 510 just runs hotter, and as such, really cooks the juice. I have a couple of those magnum attys on the way. I'll let you know if I experience the same results at 3.7 with those.

Hi jem, are you vaping at 6 volts? I have lost 4 atomizers so far using 6 volts. Maybe they are burnt out?
