The Janty eGo will come with a 510 atty that is made by Joye. The carts you get with it will not have the foil on them. Joye is very popular and a good brand with a good reputation. I haven't broken the bridge off an atty yet. There are people who intentionally remove the bridge for direct dripping.

Good point Variven. We saw that happen last year during the FDA scare. Now with people stocking up, combined with the increased amount of seizures, supplier's stock may get low. The issue here is what happens if e-cigs & e-juice is no longer allowed to be sold. The shortage will be caused by the prohibition of sales, not by us.

The FDA is trying to classify the e-cig as a "drug delivery device" as such they would have regulation over it. I do think it would be fairly easy to market and sell some PV's as a "laser pointer" or some other creative description. Hmmmm what would we call the atty???

The Ego, IMHO is one of the best devices on the market. Its cool looking, very portable, and has excellent batt life with consistent power throughout the batt cycle. Good choice elem!!

The 5V will produce more vapor than a 3.7 V unit with a standard atty. I can't speak to the batt life on the Joker yet, hopefully soon . Maybe Chris can chime in since he's been testing it for a few months.

I just read that ECF will not allow their advertising suppliers to advertise any nic juice higher than 36mg. What are your thoughts on this? Obviously they can do what they want on their own forum, thats not the issue. Do you think it was the right decision?

I prefer a 510 on my VP1. I seem to get better vapor production from a 510 at 3.7 volts. You may want to look into getting a low res atty to use on it.

One of the issues I have with the Xhaler is how it was marketed as a variable voltage device by just turning the end cap. There are a couple of videos showing that the voltage was not variable on the unit. It was pretty much a constant 6V.

Hi SUPERCHEF, I owned a Xhaler and sold it 2 weeks later. It just wasn't for me. I can't comment on Joker since its not out yet. I do own the VP1, VP2 & the VP/PT, so I expect that the Joker will be as awesome as those 3 units.

I also brought someone into the vaping family recently. Like nana, I kinda feel nervous that I introduced someone to something they will fall in love with, and there is a slight chance it could be taken away. If it is ever made illegal, I unfortunately will become an outlaw. Anybody with me?

My vote is for the eGo. The batt life is awesome!! If money is an issue, you can just order the batt, cone & charger adapter for less than a whole kit. Another option is to look around at mods that take an 18650 batt. My 18650 batt lasts me a couple of days.

Hi Sean, they appear to be KR808's. Their prices seemed a little high for replacement cartos. Take a look at some of the suppliers listed on this site. I'm sure you'll find a better deal.
