  1. I do notice I loose some flavor quality with the 510LR's since they run so hot and seem to get better flavor from the 901LR's.
  2. Any water vapor imposed on the lungs from vaping will be absorbed.
  3. Yes the gold band attys with the LR on them are Joye.
  4. I've only used the Joye LR attys so I can't compare to the other brands. When I first bought them I had a few that went bad really quick. The one I'm using now I got from The VT store and I've been using it for over 1 month.
  5. Schizo brings up an excellent point. Make sure your connections are clean. If they are all juiced up, you won't be getting all the voltage from your batt.
  6. Hey Ian, from what your describing it sounds like you may be putting too much juice in the atty. 2-3 drops is correct, but maybe you are filling too soon. If your atty broke it wouldn't work. You will get the hang of it. As far as tightening the atty, screw it on til its snug. Aligning the holes isn't neccessary. Don't try and turn it til you cant turn no more.
  7. Schizo, here is a little info: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/forum/topic/6291-hurry-up-and-wait/
  8. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Hope tomorrow is better.
  9. One thing to watch out for is the opening in the tips. Some are bigger than others. I have some tips where the hole is too small and the juice gets trapped. Its a pain. I just got a chrome tip from createvapor.com and the opening is perfect.
  10. Don't give up. You'll get the hang of it, then there is no turning back.
  11. Your eGo batts are 650 mah, so that isn't the problem. It could be that the attys are DOA. I would contact Altsmoke for replacements.
  12. My number one pick is definately the VT juice line. My number 2 pick would be Vaperite's organic juice line.
  13. For me it was my first drag off my Njoy/NPRO. I was committed to stop smoking and I knew after the first drag that the e-cig was my answer.
  14. I would suggest you contact the supplier ASAP and verify that they are still under warranty. I liked the lights on my batteries, I wouldn't be happy if they didn't work. Luckily, if they are not still covered under a warranty they are fairly inexpensive.
  15. I'm running my LR901 on my VP2 @ 3.7
  16. Must be nice to live so close to a supplier.
  17. I agree with Hodge. You might as well get 2 complete kits. The VT Store has eGo kits and LR 510 attys. You will get a 6 month warranty with the kits and a free bottle of juice with each kit.
  18. My first impression is that I like them better. I will continue to use it for the next few days to give an honest evaluation.
  19. You may want to keep your eyes on the classifieds. SB's are sometimes sold on there.
  20. You will need 2 different adapters to go from a 510 to either a 901 or 801. I just got my LR 901 attys last night. I'm lovin it so far. The break in time was very minimal, vapor production and flavor is great. I have not tried the LR 801's yet.
  21. yes you were correct.
  22. I agree with mcquinn. Order from a USA supplier and you don't have to worry about customs. Orders usually take 2-3 days as opposed to 7-15 days if you order form China and shipping is much less if not free from some suppliers. Also getting refunds or issues resolved with products is much easier from a local supplier.
  23. Be forwarned, sometimes you can lose an atty this way. If you do, I take no responsibility.
  24. Boil up some water on the stove. Find something to hold the atty away from the pan and let it boil for a couple of minutes. Let it dry over night and try it tomoorow. If you can't wait for ir to dry, you can use a hairdryer to dry it quicker.
