I have heard urban legends of eGo buttons sticking, but I have never experienced it.

Glad you got it working

It could be that the filler is too tightly compacted. Try using a paper clip to fluff it up while being careful not to touch the center heating element.

By DAVID KESMODEL The fledgling electronic-cigarette industry scored another victory against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court Monday, potentially setting the stage for the battery-powered devices to be regulated like conventional tobacco products. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected the FDA's request to have the entire court review a December decision by a three-judge panel that went against the agency. The FDA, which contends that the products should be regulated as drug devices, now has the option of asking the U.S. Supreme Court to take up the case. An FDA spokesman said Monday that the agency is evaluating the latest court ruling "and considering its legal and regulatory options." E-cigarettes are battery-powered tubes that turn nicotine-laced liquid into a vapor mist. The devices have caught on with thousands of smokers who want an alternative to their daily habit, leading to annual industry revenue of at least $100 million. On Dec. 7, a three-judge D.C. appeals panel ruled that e-cigarettes, which are sold online and in malls, should be regulated as tobacco products by the FDA unless marketers make claims that the devices help smokers quit or provide other remedies. The agency has argued that e-cigarettes are drug or medical devices that require pre-approval from the FDA, much like nicotine gums, patches or sprays. The agency began intercepting shipments of e-cigarettes from China in 2008, prompting a lawsuit from the industry. Sottera Inc., an Arizona e-cigarette distributor that joined the suit as a plaintiff, and some other e-cigarette purveyors say their products are simply recreational alternatives to cigarettes and should not be subject to the onerous pre-approval process required of quit-smoking aids. The agency has regulated nicotine-replacement products for years and gained authority to regulate the production and marketing of cigarettes and other tobacco prodcuts for the first time in 2009. If the government decided to regulate e-cigarettes as tobacco products, manufacturers would still face significant regulations, but it would be easier to bring the devices into the market. "We are very pleased with the court's decision not to rehear the case," Gregory Garre, an attorney who represents Sottera, said in an email Monday. "The fact that the full court unanimously declined the government's rehearing request underscores the force of the panel's original decision." The appeals court Monday also refused to reinstate a stay of a preliminary injunction that was granted to the e-cigarette distributors by a U.S. district-court judge in January 2010. The injunction blocked the agency from intercepting their product shipments from China. Write to David Kesmodel at david.kesmodel@wsj.com

I have not seen any videos. I'm sure they are out there. Your pack of clearomizers will come with a card that has pictures and instructions. You might need a magnifying glass to read em. I have only used a standard Joye 510 atty with mine and it works great. Its very simple to change the settings. The Provari will come with an instructional manual thats easy to understand Yes Hope this helps

Take a pic of the sign, next time your there.

I had the clearomizers and found them to be a P.I.T.A. to fill. I should have known better. I knew they require a syringe to fill but I bought them anyways. I also did not like the fact the heating coil is so close to the mouthpiece. It made for some very warm vapor. I sent them to another member here on the forum to try out. Maybe he will have a different perspective.

I received auto responses from the senators. I highly doubt mine will be read, but I'm hoping the shear numbers of e-mails from the vaping community will sway some votes.

I don't know of any Marlboro Light flavored e-juice. I don't think that nasty flavor ( its what I used to smoke ) could be replicated. I agree with brijmin, contact Todd he can probably mix you up something close.

A member just listed a couple of VYPR's for sale pretty cheap in the classifieds section.

I dont clean mine. I just blow them out now and then. Works good for me.

I have both the SS and the black. I really dont prefer one over the other. My wife likes the SS one better. I guess its just a matter of preference.
-
I was skeptical when I first started vaping also. But after my first hit I knew it was gonna work. Glad you luv your eGo.
-
Go for it. Since the classifieds are free I think its worth it. You may not get a lot since they are last years devices but Im sure someone will pick them up for a fair price.

I wouldnt purchase a new e-juice based on just one review because I don't believe it can be objective. Taste by its very nature is subjective. I play the odds. If the majority of the reviews are positive and its a flavor I am interested in then I will purchase it. That being said, Halo juices usually get good reviews and I dont like them at all.

You can use your Silver Bullet at 6 volts. Just get some RCR123A's 3V and you'll be good to go at 6V. If you are blowing attys on a weekly basis at 3.7 then something isnt right. They should last you much longer. I used 3 ohm attys at 6 volts and had good success.
