I believe all tank atties have the flat tips. You can get a standard eGo that doesnt have a tank atty. Standard atties and cartos usually have round mouthpieces.

The OP already has an eGo and is asking about 5V and VV options. The eGo hasn't been out for 2 years so I'm not sure what you were vaping 2 years ago -
The eGo is the best all around mass produced PV out there. There are also mods out there that have many more features (Provari). It all depends on your needs and how much you are willing to spend.

Yes the eGo has a 510 connection. You would just need to buy the batteries,cone and charger.
