It sounds like the juice is not getting to the atty. I don't think the atty is bad. You may want to pick up some cartomizers or attys to use until you get the tank system to work properly.

Whats happening to the attys that go bad? Are they completely out? Is the draw harder? Little vapor? 4 attys is 2 weeks is not accecptable IMO. What kinda juice do you use- PG or VG?

I think he's asking if he can modify the tank and add a drip tip to it. I don't have an answer to that question.
