In the beginning I had strong cravings for a cig. I just told myself Im not gonna smoke and vaped like crazy. As with beating any addiction you have to be in the right mindset. I know some who smoked and vaped at the beginning and slowly weaned off the cigs. I know this probably isnt any solace but it does get easier with time. One day at a time

I use a 1000 mah eGo batt with a LR eGO-C atty all day at work ( 10 hrs). It could go even longer but I switch to a mod after work.

Cartomizers: never liked the flavor. Seemed kinda finiky Atty Dripping: My go to method. Been doing it for 2 years Carto Tanks: Worked good. I used VG and it gummed up quickly. i liked the convenience of the tank when driving Atty Tanks: I use the eGo Tank all day at work. Hasn't let me down. I like the C atty better than the T Atty carts: Haven't used them in 2 years. They dont work well

They are the same. Volcano just rebrands them with the name Lavatube. I have seen mixed reviews on the Lavatube also. I would say if you want to give VV vaping a try buy an actual VV unit not a "selectable voltage " unit that only has 3 settings. The eGo booster looks interesting http://vulcanvape.myshopify.com/collections/batteries/products/ego-booster but it just seems like a lot of money for a VV module that wont take you above 4.7Volts. Come on Ron, break out the credit card and get a Provari!!!!

I have never used a cisco atty but from my understanding they have a higher quality nichrome wire in the atty and burn better. I only have a Joye 306 which I haven't used in over a year. I need to pick up a drip tip for it and give it a go again. I do remeber it produced loads of vapor.

A 2.5 ohm carto will work fine on the LT

I used to vape off my 12v car battery but I kept popping attys.

I dont notice a decrease in vape quality until right before the batt dies. ( maybe the last 5-10 puffs) I can always tell. I experience this with the Provari and eGo also, so its not limited to the Lavatube.
