I dont know of any health risks from vaping PG or VG. Vaping is still relatively new. I dont know of any scientific studies.

No such thing as asking too many questions. Sometimes I wont answer because either Im too tired to write a response or I dont know the answer. Please keep asking questions. I have not used those exact clearos but I have another with replaceable heads that works great. The one I have doesnt have a wick as long as those. I might try those out. I wouldnt use the 1.5 over 4 volts because the hit can get harsh above that for me personally. 1.5 ohm at 4 volts is about 10.6 watts of vaping power.

Most likely its running at a higher voltage when plugged in, thus the harsher hit.
