Ok, sorry, I think I see what you're getting at... at myfreedomsmokes.com the 60mg/ml is actually cheaper than the 100mg/ml if you look strictly at nicotine content. That is kind of odd. If they kept the price in line with the 100mg/ml it should cost $20.37 not $19.95, so you save like $0.42 Edit: The 60mg/ml @ 60ml comes out to $0.005541 per mg of nicotine. So just based of that math I don't see it yielding an extra 100ml, but you are absolutely correct that you get more nic for the dollar by purchasing the 60mg/ml.

I think by far the best price and quality comes from XtremeVaping.com for high strength DIY nic base. The savings go up as you purchase larger quantities, but you can get 60ml of 100mg/ml for $33.95 or 125ml of 100mg/ml $58.95, and it just gets better the more you buy. Here is a link.... XtremeVaping.com Edit: So this works out to $0.004716 per mg of nic for the 100mg/ml @ 125ml and $0.005658 for the 100mg/ml @ 60ml.

I bought 500ml of 125mg/ml for $147.00, that was the cheapest I've found, but it was a fluke that I even got it at that price. Edit: so that works out to $0.002352 per mg of nic... right? 125mg/ml x 500ml = 62500 mg of nicotine $147.00 / 62500mg = $0.002352 per mg of nic Long story short I think it will be my last purchase of nic base, would like to be down to zero by the time it's running out.

Agreed. The VT Grape Soda is great. Some of the other Grape flavors you'll find out there are very cough syrup like.
-
Pretty big difference in size... but still it's always great to have options.
-
Yeah I've noticed that as well. Seems like VT and ENS are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. And in a business where many suppliers sell the same hardware at fairly consistent prices customer service is what sets you apart from the rest.
-
ENS rocks. I have had the same great experiences when ordering from ENS as well.

I haven't found a Cola flavored juice I like yet. Honestly I was waiting for some people to be the first guinea pigs and post some reviews before I tried it. I think if anyone can pull it off it's Vapor Talk, but I'm very skeptical of that flavor in general.

I've had the Silver Bullet for about 5 months now, amazing unit. There's really not a lot you need to know, it's built like a tank and has one of if not the best switches available on any PV. The size is it's only downside, if that's a problem for you I'd suggest looking elsewhere, never tried the BB personally. I may have to pick up the passthrough, I keep hearing so many good things. Watch some video reviews and try to get a perspective on the size of the Silver Bullet, if it looks like something you can manage I would highly recommend it to you. Using it with 2x LifePO4 3.0V batteries for a combined 6V is fantastic. If you prefer the 3.7V experience the 18650 gives you insane battery life. I really can't say enough good stuff about this unit.
-
Yeah, I'd be shocked if it wasn't a fairly common 5V regulator.
-
I've seen the same thing happening with my BE112 attys as well. It actually happens quite often.
-
Yeah I popped a 510 to 801 adapter on my Joker today and it is very nice. Always been a fan of the 801 style attys @ 5-6 volts.
-
My sentiments exactly. Find a really good mod that fits your tastes, 10440, 18650, RCR123a, etc... none of these batteries will be included by the ban. For me I think the Silver Bullet is a great option, extremely simple design + great build quality, it really should last just about forever (I know it's a little big to be portable, but I think this thing could withstand a nuclear blast).
-
I think I may have to give them a shot as well, for those times when dripping just isn't convenient. I'm just much more of a 801 fan, I don't dislike the 510s but for me the 801 style is where it's at.

I'll be honest and say I have never had the guts to try it on my PCs. It's just not worth the risk to me.
-
If you're using a hub you want a powered one to my understanding. Either way you need to be near an outlet. Otherwise might as well just plug it in direct to the PC. The issue I think most people have that pushes them to buy a powered hub is that not all USB ports actually pass a full 5V at the correct current needed for these devices, so they use a powered hub to bump it up.
-
Unless you really want a USB hub, I would suggest simply purchasing an AC to USB wall adapter, look for one that is around 2 Amps, that's what ships with the VP Passthrough. Edit: Awwwww.... and JeffB beats me too it while he's on "vacation"!

Maybe spend a little more and pick up a Joker, that way you have a HV option as well.
-
Looks good, especially for a first go. Congrats!

I have heard some people say they occasionally clean the switch itself with some alcohol. You could always give that a try, but be careful with alcohol on the atomizer connection as it can eat away at the silicone and damage the connection.
-
Congratulations! That's quite a milestone.
-
That was the ruling that had all of us jumping for joy awhile back, but as BirdDog said it has since been overturned.
-
I definitely need about 20-30 more atomizers I think. I spent some time looking into rebuilding them, and while I know I can do it I'd rather avoid it as long as possible.

Fda Court Case - They Are Pushing And It's Working...
GDub replied to Christopher's topic in General Vape News
I agree that they cannot outlaw straight PG or VG along with all the various flavorings, but if they classify the e-cig atomizer as a drug delivery device they can outlaw it. Now I've seen some nice threads on rebuilding various atomizers so I never throw mine away, I just put them in my dead atty graveyard on the chance that I have to rebuild them some day in the future. -
Sounds a lot like the flavors I got from the Perfumer's Apprentice, so far I definitely am preferring them to the LorAnns I have used, and I had good success with the LorAnns.
