  1. Thanks, Kit! Most of those three years has been direct dripping thanks to you and Blucavvy. One year when I was in California around Halloween, someone asked if I was going to dress up, and if so, what would I be? I told them I was already dressed up: I was going as California's Stimulus package.
  2. From someone who vapes sweet, dark juices... they will gunk up a coil much faster than lighter colored, less sweet juice. Case in point. I love my HH.357 atomizers. One will last nearly a week to two weeks with my ADV, which is dark and very sweet. Using the same style HH.357 atomizer, using lighter color, less sweet juice, it's lasted over a year already. Keep in mind I don't chain vape the latter but it still gets a regular workout.
  3. Your center pin might have gotten pushed down and is no longer making contact with the atomizer in your EVOD. Check out this video, even though this is an eGo battery, the premise is the same. Hope that helps!
  4. The Davide tanks are amazing and work even better (imo) than the KPTs. I use my full sized and mini Davides with KPT single coils with no problem.
  5. The Aspire tanks I've tried work well, they're just more expensive and slightly higher maintenance than any of the Kanger tanks. The Kangers have all been very dependable and much cheaper without giving up on quality from my experience. The jury is still out on the Kanger subtank mini, however.
  6. I don't know about the Nautilus giving you more clouds. I'm getting some pretty thick, dense "clouds" without trying with my KPT 3 mini, 1.8 ohm single coil and some 40/60 juice right now. Got the KPT 3 mini for around $10 bucks, a 5-pack of 1.8 ohm coils for around $5 and the juice. Not too bad. The Nautilus mini goes for around $27 with a 5-pack of coils for $13 and juice.
  7. Personally, I prefer the Pro Tank over my Nautilus mini. The KPT is easy to use, it's inexpensive, the coils are very inexpensive, it just works... and keeps on working. The Nautilus, on the other hand, has more expensive coils, is very difficult to remove the bottom to fill with juice... Just like in everything vaping, it's all subjective but if you want something that keeps working and is dependable, the KPT is very hard to beat.
  8. Totally agree with you, Rich. A Kanger Pro Tank 2 with an airflow controller is hard to beat. The 1.8 ohm single coil is a very good flavor carrier and can give off some good vapor even with 50/50 juice.
  9. I've probably written more briefs and read through my share of bills than I care to admit. Only in law and politics can the English language become so twisted.
  10. You're just jealous I've got more than you do.
  11. Is that what you call it? Each word was recognizable but put them together like that? Not so much. To me, it looked more like Double-speak-ese.
  12. Am not! I'd have more but ran out of my vape budget... but next month... mwahahaha!
  13. Thanks for sharing the article, it was an interesting exercise in my ability to translate badly written English into something semi-comprehensible. And to think English is my second language while the author of this so-called article claims it as her first. So sad...
  14. Imagine my surprise when I found a positive article for a change.
  15. Can you stand some good news about vaping for a change? http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2015-07/raba-atr071415.php
  16. Even if it doesn't, I've found a very big surprise: the KPT 3 mini with a single 1.8 ohm coil delivers almost as good performance as the HH.357. One I could live with anyway and much cheaper!
  17. I just ordered 10 of the 1.5 ohm vertical coils. They should be here by Thursday. So far I've tried the .05 ohm and 1.2 ohm, neither of which I like at all. I'm hoping the added resistance of the 1.5 ohm coil will make a difference. I've been very careful to wet the wick before inserting into the tank and letting it sit for quite a while before vaping to make sure I don't fry the cotton. Sorry to hear about your last coil...
  18. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  19. Around here we highly recommend getting back ups. And back ups of your back ups. And back ups of your back up back ups. Seriously. Even if you get a few cheap stick batteries like the Evod or Vision Spinners and some Kanger Pro Tanks (versions 2 or 3) and some 1.8 ohm single coils (these will work with the 3 even though they come with dual coil). You can't beat a Kanger Pro Tank (whatever version, full sized or mini) for a good, solid workhorse. They're dependable and very cost effective. Despite all my RDAs and other toys, the KPT tanks are my go-to because I know they just work.
  20. I think it's the Eleaf batteries that are prone to doing this. All's good though. I have a couple of wraps that didn't have an iStick 50W to stick to so...
