  1. Vivi Novas with a 2.8 ohm coil will work just fine with an eGo C battery. You can always get lower ohms when you buy replacement coils for it. If the site you're looking at doesn't have the lower ohm replacement coils there are other places that carry them. More VG = more vapor (and the liquid usually gets thicker but not always) More PG = better flavor delivery + more throat hit
  2. That looks like a decent starting place but I'd still recommend a variable voltage battery like the Twist or the Spinner. If you're going to upgrade to a better battery now, you might as well go a step farther because if you stick with vaping -- you're going to wind up getting a variable voltage battery somewhere down the line. Usually much sooner than you think. With vv (variable voltage), some juices taste...okay... at the 3.7v that the kit you're looking at has. Turn up the voltage and the difference in flavor could knock your socks off, it's so good. http://www.sweet-vapes.com/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=54&vmcchk=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=84 That link takes you to Sweet-Vapes.com. Many experienced vapers on this site buy from them. I've bought many, many bottles of juice from them and know that they're a trust-worthy site. Yes, the price is a bit more but you're also getting more with this set up. Good luck with your choices! There are so many different things to choose from.
  3. Really? I'm curious what some of them might be. Gotta link handy? I have to wonder which vendors they came from, what PG/VG and nic ratio they are, and what flavors. Like I said before I have tried over 90 different flavors and only a few gave my clearos any problems. YMMV.
  4. I've bought from VapeDudes before and never had any problems.
  5. What Chris said and also what he recommended you get but... instead of the eGo Twist I would suggest getting a Vision Spinner. The Spinner is basically the same as a Twist except you can see the numbers of the voltage indicator much easier. They have 650 mAh, 900 mAh, and 1300 mAh batteries. You'll also need a charger to go with these (usually sold separately but very affordable). The PG/VG I use most often is just 50/50. More VG means more vapor, smoother hit, but also thicker. Too much VG or 100% VG could clog your clearomizer or tank system you're using. PG is a better carrier for flavor and also gives you more throat hit when you inhale. The Vivi Novas are great, and if you don't want anything that holds that much liquid - just get the Mini Vivi Nova. A CE4 (aka Vision Stardust) is also good. Kangor's T3 or MT3s are what's called "bottom feeders", these have the wick on the bottom and both are very good and easy. Welcome and good luck! You'll get lots of help here from a bunch of friendly people. Feel free to ask questions, someone will answer.
  6. Any of the bakery flavors should be safe. Just be careful of anything with a high citrus or cinnamon content. I literally have over 90 bottles of different juices and I'd say there were only 3 or 4 that run the risk of cracking something.
  7. What Chris said. Also, if you get 100% VG juice and it's too thick you can add a drop or three of distilled water into the juice to thin it out a bit. 100% VG tends to be pretty thick and can cause the wicks not to absorb the juice well, which could end up giving you a burned taste when vaping. Only use a drop at a time, it's easier to add more than to get the juice too thin. Welcome to VT.
  8. Yeah, I'm not so much into my five Spinners. Not at all. *laughs* They really do make a big difference, not only in the delivery devices but the juices too!
  9. I've now seen a few other vids where the reviewer liked these. After seeing the various ones with pros and cons I think I'll keep looking, although I really like the idea of a clear cart so I could see how much juice is in it.
  10. You peaked my curiosity so I went to youtube and saw this vid (link below). Granted this is only one review but it was interesting what this guy had to say. http://youtu.be/2LcIzJ6p7VY
  11. Have you already experienced cracking tanks with those juices? Not all tanks will crack although some will, it's trial and error. When I first started vaping I got quite a few cracked tanks due to my love of the Mojito flavor and its high lime content. Now, in those same style of tank...they're fine. If you direct drip or use metal cartomizers you won't have to worry about anything cracking...
  12. My "favorite" changes from time to time but these past few months it's been Feels Like a Nut from EC Blends with double extra sweetner.
  13. With one of my favorite flavors, Mojito, it's TERRIBLE when I direct drip but put some into a CE4, T2 or MT3? Absolute heaven. From my experience with juices so far is that sometimes direct dripping doesn't actually make the juice taste "better", with "better" being subjective, of course. While most juices I've tried really do taste better by direct dripping sometimes muting of the flavor helps. It's more than likely just my weird sense of taste but that's why I was curious about what you were using. Thanks for the extra information. Will give it a try.
  14. What are you using these juices in? Are you using atomizers and direct dripping? Clearomizers? If so what kind? I'm curious because I have three of these VT juices and would like to try them in the delivery devices to get the best flavor.
  15. It could be that you got a bad one or it could also be your juice. Anything with a high citrus or cinnamon content tends to crack plastic and/or causes leaking due to having broken a seal somewhere.
  16. I bought 10 and got them for $1.99 each for the bulk order at Altsmoke.com. Just went there and got a page that said they're doing site maintenance. Litecigusa has them for $2.95 if you don't want to wait to see if Altsmoke still has their bulk pricing. http://www.litecigusa.net/Vision_510_Nano_Clearomizer_p/510-nano-clearomizer.htm That's still cheaper than what you paid for yours.
  17. Not Mounds but Almond Joy (Sometimes you feel like a nut...). I didn't think I'd like it either but once I tried it -- let's just say that it's been a very happy surprise. This is one that I can't stand how it tastes in a clearomizer but I love it direct dripping!
  18. 125 ml bottle of Feel Like a Nut by EC Blend in 12 mg nic, 50 PG/50 VG. I'm really stuck on this flavor...
  19. Oops. It was Vaporleaf in Lakewood that Kitsune was talking about. Sorry! If you look at this link to a search I did for e-cigarette stores you might find something else. Take a look at the right where it asks if it sells e-cigs. http://www.ecigarettes365.com/Tobacco-Smoke-Shop/CO/Littleton
  20. I kind of wondered about that when I first read it, but I've barely started on my first cup of coffee so... That's a bit too far for me as I'm several hours south of Brighton. Kitsune tried the "new-ish" store in Littleton last year and said it was great, though.
  21. If you don't have to worry about anyone or anything getting into it, leave it open so it can get air. Shake it once a day...
  22. The Dulce de Leche that I've gotten from Sweet-Vapes.com and ECBlends all needed some steeping time before the real flavor came out. Then, I got hooked on it BIG time!
  23. Why, whatever are you suggesting, Rob?
  24. The 1000 mAh is pretty long. Maybe consider a 650 mAh or 900 mAh instead?
