  1. Don't know why but cartos and I have never gotten along. Once in a great while it'll be...pretty good but my go-to vape is direct drip. I thought I found my end all of atomizers in the Boge 2.0 ohm that you rec'd for me but lately they've added some kind of liquid inside that is just awful. If I blow it out and stuff a tissue into it to absorb most of the stuff hours before using it for the first time it's not too bad. Then Kitsune rec'd the 306 atomizers and I really like them except for the lack of being able to use my 510 drip tips of choice. The bridgeless Smoktech 2.0 ohms are quickly becoming my favorite these days. All in all though, I'm like you in trying all kinds of different delivery systems looking for the *perfect* vape. But then that's half the fun! Happy searching, Rixter.
  2. Thanks for the reminder of the 10% off code but will use it in a minute when I make another order. I always forget but don't mind it a bit for the great customer service and products. Hopefully, he'll start stocking the Vision Spinner soon so I can send people his way for them.
  3. A little grape, a little vanilla cupcake or plain waffle and it should taste a bit like a pb&j?
  4. Take the 29th street exit. At the end of the off-ramp take a right. There's a little strip of stores on your left across the street from a Safeway and you'll find it there. Jason, the owner, is great to work with.
  5. Yes, the EVOD coils work just fine in the Pro Tank. The one I used to replace the original that came with the Pro Tank is still going strong. The brick and mortar I go to is called Vapor Source. It's in Pueblo and now has two locations. The bigger store with more inventory is on 29th street.
  6. My favorite for quite some time is EC Blends. They have a huge selection (including pizza flavored and roast beef), and let you customize your juices in so many different ways. Their prices are low and customer service is excellent! Good for you that you're researching so much. When the time comes you should be able to get a perfect fit for an e-cig for you.
  7. Yep, perfectly "normal"...or as normal as vaping gets anyway. What works well for one will not for another so it's no surprise that the V3 works and tastes better for you than a Vivi Nova. Someone else would say just the opposite and...you'd both be right.
  8. For your EVOD, I'd take it off the battery, place a tissue loosely under the bottom of the device and blow into the mouthpiece. It may have gotten some liquid inside the center which will cause gurgling and/or "flooding" of the thing. You may have to do this several times to get all or most of the liquid out. Also, if you see liquid inside the connection part of the battery, dab it with some tissue to dry it out before putting the EVOD back on. That should help. Nothing is going to last forever but it should last longer than 1 - 2 weeks, although with the lack of quality control on these things, it's just a matter of luck, for the most part. The variable to constant is pretty irrelevant for this one. The variable on your eGo means that it starts at 3.3 or 3.7 ohms when your battery is fully charged and then, as you use it and the charge goes down so, too, does the voltage. When you change it to constant, the voltage will remain constant until the battery is out of charge. I'm not sure but I don't think it really makes much of a difference. My preference is the constant but everyone is different. It might work for you, or it might not. Sorry I can't be more clear than that! The one thing I would definitely recommend is to think about getting a variable voltage battery like the eGo Twist or the Vision Spinner. Both are nearly identical except the Spinner has numbers that are easier to read than the Twist. That will make a huge difference in your vaping experience, in my opinion anyway.
  9. It's actually pretty handy, Mac. Sometimes you just want to use the vent without having to breathe in all the exhaust and whatnot that's outside of your car. Just changed the cabin air filter in my car yesterday and it makes a difference inside.
  10. Kitsune's been doing the DIY for a long time so I would trust what she says. She really knows what she's doing!
  11. Different juice manufactures use different sources I'd imagine. Take Virgin Vapors for example. They extract flavors themselves, others outsource. Some manufacturers add food coloring to their juices while others do not. I prefer the latter. The less ingredients in a juice that is not needed is what I prefer.
  12. Yeah, that's why you lost your battery to her. LOL!
  13. What McQuinn said. Also, change out the cabin air filter as well.
  14. Just my preference, but without a variable voltage battery, I'd go with the 1.8 ohms. Others may suggest otherwise.
  15. Function over the "pretty" wins again.
  16. I'd suggest either a Vivi Nova or a Pro Tank. Right now I'm leaning more toward the Pro Tank but it's pretty heavy. It works very well, has an airy draw but you can fix that by plugging up some of the air holes so it draws more to your liking. The Veteran Vaper has them available. http://www.theveteranvaper.com/kanger-protank-bcc-with-storage-case/
  17. A 510 to 510 adapter might help with that? I'm not sure but I think this would work since it's the threads that aren't lining up right.
  18. You said it was detailed -- just how much was it detailed? Did that include shampooing the upholstery, the floor mats, and the headliner? I'd try that as well as to sprinkle baking soda under the floor mats and into the upholstery and let it sit there with the windows up in the sun for a few hours before vacuuming it back up. The baking soda does wonders to take out foul odors. Hope that helps!
  19. The 'poor guy' I was referring to was the man who owns the store but I'm also very sorry about your cat. Losing fuzzy kids is always hard.
  20. Wow, Kitsune. FOUR YEARS! I am in awe and hope someday to be able to make that same post. Go you! Just in the short time I've been vaping there have been so many changes in the vaping world. Here's to four more happy years of vaping.
  21. That's a great story but...poor guy.
  22. Yes to your first question. These eGo 2.4 ml CC (changeable coil) clearomizers are the same as a Kangor T2s. I've used them both by different names but they work the same. I prefer the short wicks but they don't seem to sell them anymore. I've tried the medium and long wicks and don't really find them to be different other than the long wicks seem to wick the juice better without so much tipping when the juice gets low. No clue on your second question, sorry! I've never tried these.
  23. Congrats on your two months and may you have many more!
  24. You do such nice work, Mark. I'm still planning to get one of your lovelies -- some day -- hopefully soon-ish.
  25. You're welcome, Pope. Glad it's working well for you. The right equipment can make all the difference. I have five packs of analogs in my fridge, it was my safety net -- just in case. Thankfully, I've never needed it, but they do make me smile every time I open the fridge and see them still sitting there even after a year.
