1 - extra long purple drip tip from Diamond Vapor 30 - 2.0 ohm Smoktech bridgeless atomizers from Mt. Baker Vaper. They also threw in a bottle of 'America' e-juice. I am now officially ready for the zombie apocalypse. ETA: Oh, and something else that just came in? A freakin' miller. It's fluttering all around my head and going back and forth to my monitor. *sighs*

Spinners at Gotvapes ships to Canada. Oops. Forgot the link: http://www.gotvapes.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=26&zenid=bde79acb4a14efbcd1dfe360bcb6550b

My Twist and Spinners are on rotation as they need to be charged. The Twist is almost a year old and still going strong. The Spinners are newer but the oldest is around seven months maybe? No slow down in sight yet.

Once a coil either stops working, tastes burnt or starts to consistently be harder to draw from -- it's time to change the coil to a new one. I take out the old coil, dump the juice if it's dark (if it's not super dark I just leave it and/or top it off with new juice), screw in the new coil, wait just a bit for the wick to soak up the juice and vape. If the juice is really dark then I dump the juice, rinse the tank, let dry overnight, refill, screw in a new coil and vape after waiting a few minutes. I've never rinsed wicks before using but it might not be bad, just never saw a reason to do it.

If you want the Evic, go for it. I'm rather partial to my Spinners. Everyone has their own favorite, it's just a matter of trial and error and what hits your fancy -- as well as your wallet.

This just in! 20 Boge 2.0 ohm atomizers from Vapelite 2 extra long drip tips from House of Vapor 12 306 2.2 ohm atomizers from The Veteran Vaper (I only ordered 10 - Brain...I mean Brian threw in two extra) PLUS! A hand written "Thank you" on the invoice. Did you hear that Jeff? Now I think I'm set for a little while.

'Not bad' he says. That's an understatement, Chris. I spent quite a bit of time listening to you play last night on Youtube, it was wonderful.

In watching the vids on Youtube I ran across Chris playing piano. Not only can he make us smile with the how-to vids for e-cigs but he's also a very talented musician. Learn something new every day.

Ah, that would explain it. I put mine in my purse too but never had that problem. Might try getting her an eGo battery or a Vision Spinner (variable voltage). Those have lasted me a long time, some of them over a year.

What kind/brand of VV is your wife going through? They should last through a bit of abuse without breaking. I'd like to find out what these are so I can steer clear.

Or, if you like glass bottles, Specialty Bottles has 1 dram bottles: http://www.specialtybottle.com/1dramclearglassvialwdropper.aspx or 2 dram bottles: http://www.specialtybottle.com/2dramclearglassvialwdropper.aspx with drippers at a very reasonable price and shipping.

Some people react badly to PG so you might want to try something low in PG or 100% VG instead. It might also have been the flavor that didn't agree with him.

What happened to being awesome?

Hey, long time no see! For the longest time I've been stuck on Vision Spinners. These are variable voltage devices much like the eGo Twist except you can see the numbers easily and clearly. Many really like the 1300 mAh version but I'm more partial to the 900 mAh. These have been extremely reliable and work great.

If you're direct dripping to taste different flavors then what Kitsune linked to above is more than fine and all you need. If you decide you like to direct drip for a longer period of time with one flavor you really should get a drip shield. The bottom of the atomizer just above the threads have tiny holes. Liquid will ooze out after awhile. The drip shield fits over the top of the atomizer and the O-rings inside keep the extra liquid from running down your battery and all over your fingers. Empire Mods sells all kinds of drip shields that work with the eGo battery in this link: http://www.empiremods.com/category_s/64.htm?searching=Y&sort=5&cat=64&show=100&page=1 Scroll down about halfway and you'll see the drip shields that are made specifically to cover eGo battery threads. Other 510 drip shields will work but they don't cover the threads, which make it look a little funny, IMO. Keith is great to work with. His customer service is incredible! Happy dripping!

Vaping isn't the same as smoking cigarettes. Have your friend take a drag into his mouth first, wait a second and then inhale. That might help. Otherwise, if that doesn't do it, he might be sensitive to the PG in the liquid. A higher ratio and/or 100% VG might work better if the first thing doesn't work. Good luck! I hope he gets off the analogs.

That's the problem with recommending juices and flavors to others. What one finds to be nirvana is another's swill because everyone's taste buds are different. What I've also found is that my own taste buds change with time. My favorite for the longest time can become unpalatable and something I thought was vile can become my all day vape. Glad you found something that makes you happy!

Don't know why but cartos and I have never gotten along. Once in a great while it'll be...pretty good but my go-to vape is direct drip. I thought I found my end all of atomizers in the Boge 2.0 ohm that you rec'd for me but lately they've added some kind of liquid inside that is just awful. If I blow it out and stuff a tissue into it to absorb most of the stuff hours before using it for the first time it's not too bad. Then Kitsune rec'd the 306 atomizers and I really like them except for the lack of being able to use my 510 drip tips of choice. The bridgeless Smoktech 2.0 ohms are quickly becoming my favorite these days. All in all though, I'm like you in trying all kinds of different delivery systems looking for the *perfect* vape. But then that's half the fun! Happy searching, Rixter.

Thanks for the reminder of the 10% off code but will use it in a minute when I make another order. I always forget but don't mind it a bit for the great customer service and products. Hopefully, he'll start stocking the Vision Spinner soon so I can send people his way for them.

A little grape, a little vanilla cupcake or plain waffle and it should taste a bit like a pb&j?

Take the 29th street exit. At the end of the off-ramp take a right. There's a little strip of stores on your left across the street from a Safeway and you'll find it there. Jason, the owner, is great to work with.

Yes, the EVOD coils work just fine in the Pro Tank. The one I used to replace the original that came with the Pro Tank is still going strong. The brick and mortar I go to is called Vapor Source. It's in Pueblo and now has two locations. The bigger store with more inventory is on 29th street.

My favorite for quite some time is EC Blends. They have a huge selection (including pizza flavored and roast beef), and let you customize your juices in so many different ways. Their prices are low and customer service is excellent! Good for you that you're researching so much. When the time comes you should be able to get a perfect fit for an e-cig for you.

Better hit and flavor off V3 than Vivi Nova
Tam replied to Taskmaster99's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Yep, perfectly "normal"...or as normal as vaping gets anyway. What works well for one will not for another so it's no surprise that the V3 works and tastes better for you than a Vivi Nova. Someone else would say just the opposite and...you'd both be right. -
For your EVOD, I'd take it off the battery, place a tissue loosely under the bottom of the device and blow into the mouthpiece. It may have gotten some liquid inside the center which will cause gurgling and/or "flooding" of the thing. You may have to do this several times to get all or most of the liquid out. Also, if you see liquid inside the connection part of the battery, dab it with some tissue to dry it out before putting the EVOD back on. That should help. Nothing is going to last forever but it should last longer than 1 - 2 weeks, although with the lack of quality control on these things, it's just a matter of luck, for the most part. The variable to constant is pretty irrelevant for this one. The variable on your eGo means that it starts at 3.3 or 3.7 ohms when your battery is fully charged and then, as you use it and the charge goes down so, too, does the voltage. When you change it to constant, the voltage will remain constant until the battery is out of charge. I'm not sure but I don't think it really makes much of a difference. My preference is the constant but everyone is different. It might work for you, or it might not. Sorry I can't be more clear than that! The one thing I would definitely recommend is to think about getting a variable voltage battery like the eGo Twist or the Vision Spinner. Both are nearly identical except the Spinner has numbers that are easier to read than the Twist. That will make a huge difference in your vaping experience, in my opinion anyway.
