Troy, you're silly. 'Tam' isn't infallable, she's just giving voice to what works best for her and what she's learned through trial and error as well as passing on some really good advice she got here at VT. Smokeless, direct dripping isn't for everyone, and it's probably something you'll want to try later when you're more comfortable with vaping. With someone who's new to all this I'd recommend a clearomizer. Like Troy said, maybe a Kangor T2, Vivi Nova, Vivi Nova mini and/or a Pro Tank. I would most definitely recommend a Vision Spinner variable voltage battery for you. The above clearos will fit on that as well as so many others without having to get an adapter to make it fit. If you can wait a day or two I'd wait for the Vapor Talk Market to open -- it's opening tomorrow! Then, you can have one-stop shopping from all kinds of different vendors all in one place like what you get with Amazon. Just be aware that with different vendors also comes multiple shipping charges but you'd wind up with that anyway when you shop to get all kinds of things. If you don't want to wait, then I'd do the majority of my shopping with Brian at The Veteran Vaper. I've never had a problem with his store, the products are top quality and his customer service is even better. Everyone I've ever recommended to him has always been more than happy. Earlier on you were asking about atomizers and drip tips. Those are what you use when you "direct drip", which means you screw the atomizer onto your battery and directly drip e-liquid into it, place the drip tip (mouth piece) into the atomizer and vape. Direct dripping isn't for everyone, but it will give you the very best true taste of your liquid with no muting of the flavor. There is a good sized learning curve for direct dripping but now that I've got it I have a hard time going back to using clearomizers. I only use those when I'm driving, otherwise it's direct dripping for me!

TVR: The Vapor Room. They sell good juice and have good customer service. Just be sure to read the home page and follow the instructions on how to make your first order. They give you a 15 ml bottle of free juice for your first order and always let you choose a flavor for the sample for each order you make.

My best advice to you would be to contact Dana, cross your fingers and hope for the best. Since I wasn't satisfied with how they ultimately handled my problem with them I try not to buy anything from them now. I wish you good luck and hope it gets resolved for you.

Looks like you've gotten a lot of really good information and suggestions. My personal preference as well as a recommendation would be to go with the Vision Spinner. Even though I do have the 1300 mAh, I prefer the 900 mAh Spinner as it's thinner (diameter-wise) than the 1300. The 1300 is also heavier. As for PG/VG ratios there are many places out there that sell juices in 5 ml amounts. EC Blends, my personal favorite, has them for $2.99 each so you can try all kinds of different flavors and different ratios. more VG = more vapor, a little sweeter flavor (usually), and less throat hit (smoother vape). It's also thicker so be aware of that when you're filling up a cartomizer or clearomizer/tank more PG = more flavor, harder throat hit, thinner juice (but it could mean less vapor) I'd start out with a 50/50 mix and go from there. Good luck! And don't be afraid to ask questions. As you've probably noticed...you'll get more answers than you wanted.

What's a CE4+?

Never heard of CE6 before, but that doesn't mean anything as fast as new products are coming out. Last I heard it was the CE5 that was the latest one. CE5s will come apart from the to and bottom and you can take them apart. CE4s are one piece and only the mouth piece comes off.

That could explain why you're having trouble. A reputable dealer wouldn't just switch to a different one without asking you first.

Take a fresh one, take it apart (top and bottom), put it back together again after making sure everything got screwed on tight (not too tight though), and try it again. The only other thing I can think of is that the bottom of the CE5 and the battery post isn't making a connection. Might gently... very gently pull the bottom out a bit and then try it?

With all the new stuff that comes out all the time? No, I doubt any list you'll find will be comprehensive and complete, there's just too much out there anymore.

Once I get all of my mother's hospital bills paid off and finances straightened out I'm planning to reward myself with a custom job from Mark. It might take a little time but it'll so be worth it!

If I'm not mistaken the bridged atomizer has a little "bridge" of mesh that covers the heating coil. The bridgeless does not and you drip directly into the heating element. In the 510 atomizers that I've been using I have both bridged and debridged ones. At first I used to prefer the bridged version but now I'm finding I like the bridgeless better, it takes less juice and I seem to be getting even better flavor coming through. YMMV of course. The 306s I have are all bridged, haven't tried the other. Yet. Oh, and the bridged one? You can remove the bridge if you like. Just take a look on Youtube and it'll show you how.

Do you have any problem with airy hits with your Kangor? The Kangor T2 has two small holes in the bottom part of the unit. You can easily cover one with a finger or a piece of tape and it will make the draw tighter. I think what you're referring to, though, is the Kangor Pro Tank. The biggest complaints on the Pro Tank was the airy draw. If I remember right the Kangor had a couple of other new things about it I had not seen before like Unbreakable glass and filling juice from the bottom. I might have this mixed up with another unit but I am curious as to yours and others opinion on the filling from the bottom feature and the unbreakable glass feature. It's the Pro Tank that has the Pyrex tank. It's not unbreakable because Pyrex will shatter if dropped or banged on something hard enough but it's more durable than plastic and a little harder than regular glass. The T2 that I was talking about has a plastic tank and fills from the top. The wicks are also on the top like the Vivi Nova so you have to tip it to keep the wicks wet once your juice level goes down a bit. The T2 holds 2.4 mls of juice. The Pro Tank fills from the bottom and has the coil at the bottom. Both types have their appeal. Hmmmm. I like them both actually. My T2 I prefer for the mojito and a couple of other "lighter" flavors while I like the heavier, "darker" flavors like coffee, chocolates, etc. in the Pro Tank. Your mileage may vary. Too late on using the C4s though because I found a whole sale site that had a good deal on a box of 12 different colored C4s and ordered them so I could keep my flavors separated with different colors. As cheap as they are I think I could use one until it burns out, then just throw it out and start fresh. I have not even looked to see if they do have replaceable parts. CE4 is a disposable unit so it's use it then toss when done. There are no interchangeable parts on CE4s. It's the CE5s that have the replaceable coils and tanks and...

If you're wanting to change flavors a lot I'd go with a Kangor T2 (aka eGo 2.4 ml CC clearomizer - the CC is for changeable coil). Those are the easiest to change things around that I've found and love. The Veteran Vaper sells them. You can get the replacement coils in long and medium wick. With those all you have to do is take out the coil, rinse the tank, put in different coil, fill and vape. With a CE4 you can remove mouth piece, drain old liquid, rinse with water, let sit overnight (or longer) to dry, refill with e-juice and vape. Keep in mind that CE4 wicks will retain a bit of the old flavor so, if you're changing flavors I'd suggest using a similar one so it won't clash. If you like changing flavors a lot, instead of wasting juice, why not keep several different clearomizers around filled with different liquids and just change those instead of the liquid inside? Or better yet learn to direct drip.

Don't feel bad, I'm sure most of us have had the same thing happen to us at one time or another. I know I've certainly worn more than my fair share of e-juice. You should change the pants so the nicotine doesn't get absorbed through your skin.

I'd wash it off and let it air dry. Then, when you get a Spinner or any other variable voltage battery you can reuse it again.

Might be your juice. I can't imagine it's your battery as it's not a variable voltage. What is the PG/VG ratio of the e-liquid you're using? Too much VG and it could clog your wicks. Nearly all of my CE4s last at least 2 - 4 weeks unless I get a bad one but that's pretty rare.

How often are you having to replace the CE4?

You can get quality Vivi Novas from Brian at The Veteran Vaper. But like McQuinn said, you also might want to take a look at how you vape so your stuff lasts longer.

Not sure if the bottom feeders like the Pro Tank and the Vision Nano have small hidden wicks but these seem to have less flavor muting than the ones with wicks. I think it's all a matter of personal preference myself.

Anything that will work on a regular battery with a 510 connection will work on the Spinner. You're gonna love it!

With vaping? Maybe. Other stuff? You'd probably be much happier not to always do what Tam does. Tam tends to do silly things that don't make any sense at all otherwise.
