Is that why you're "Bebop"?

12 mg is loosely considered to be the equivalent to a light, while 24 mg is more like the full flavored. When I smoked it was Marlboro Lights but started with 24 mg juice until I got completely off the cigs. Then, I went down to 12 mg. These days I have anything from 0 - 24 mg. The 6 and 12 mg is what sees the most use, but when I can't vape as often I use the 24 to get a quick hit and then go on. Your body's going through a lot of changes right now, detoxing from all the carcinogens that you used to take in from the analogs so you're going to see a few unpleasant things. Make sure to drink plenty of water as vaping dehydrates you. Give it a couple of months to fully adjust. You're on the right track! Direct dripping gives you the most pure flavor of the juice you can get but it does have a pretty good learning curve. I'd stick with clearomizers for now until you get the hang of things. Then, when you get settled down, you can try direct dripping. It'll open up a whole new avenue, but learning to walk before trying to run is good.

The T2s mute the flavors of my juices much less than others I've found. Still, ever since Kitsune got me started on direct dripping that's my main delivery system. If it wasn't for her and others' help on this forum I might've not made it past the learning curve. What mg of nicotine are you getting? That might also affect how you get on with vaping.

All the different delivery systems for the batteries are a matter of personal preference, which is why we tend to have so many different ones to try to find the "perfect vape". What works for one doesn't work well for another, just like juices: what tastes great to one person will taste like smelly socks to another. The only thing I can tell you is to try different clearomizers until you find one that works for you. In my experience the bottom feeders work better for me, with the exception of my T2s. I'm in love with these with the short wick but I don't think short wicks are available anymore. Good thing I bought nearly all of Brian's stock at The Veteran Vaper when he still had them. Lol! Several forum members here love the T2 with the longer wicks and swear by them. I'm looking at you bcartervol98. Aaaaaand I just noticed that my MT3 that has juice in it is leaking but that's also a good clearomizer to use. I just left it sitting too long is all. Half the fun of vaping is trying new stuff. We here at Vapor Talk are very good about helping you spend money on all kinds of new toys. Join the club and start trying the current "new and improved" gadgets, it's still cheaper than smoking cigarettes.

Could be that your center post has been pushed down. Here's a youtube vid that shows you how to fix that. The second vid shows how to pull the post of your cartomizer or clearomizer. I'd try to pull up the post of your battery first, though. Hope one of these fixes your problem.

CC = Changeable Coils The T2s have the coils on top while the T3s are bottom feeders (coils are on the bottom).

Yeah, and not everyone tastes good....

I know I must be a freak because I made sure to read the rules before posting the first time.
-
I'm with Kit on this one, Brian, but I do miss seeing you here is all.
-
Hey, Jeff. Where are the rules for new members? I reread the rules for the forum but didn't see anything there that states the five posts thing. Might want to add that there? Also, don't new members have to post something like 10 things before they can post something in the classifieds? Also might want to add to the general "forum rules" thing so it's right up front. Just a thought...

Lapsing to Analogs When You Can't Charge Your Battery

In my experience, once it steeps a week or two, they're very tasty at the right volts. -
Lapsing to Analogs When You Can't Charge Your Battery

That depends on the vendor. EC Blends sends you a whole brochure with that information and then some. It's also on their website if you care to have a read. -
Sheepdog, the "airy" hits are all a matter of personal preference. I still like the kind that I had when I smoked a cigarette. If I remember correctly, I didn't like airy hits from different brands there, too. As with all vaping gear and juices, vaping is a very personal thing and one size does not fit all. We all like different things. In my experience, Kangor makes some of the very best clearomizers I've tried to date. They're very consistent and work well. Don't let my personal preference put you off. Plus, the Pro Tank is fairly new so we don't know yet if the company's listening. They have in the past, though. That's why we got T3s and then the MT3s came out fairly quickly afterwards. And we also just got the MT3s just recently so yes, I do believe they're listening to their user-base.

Just got two eGo Air flow controllers in the mail from Vermillion River: http://www.vermillionriverejuice.com/EGO-Air-Flow-Controller_p_176.html They work great to control how much air flow you get in the Pro Tank. Just screw it onto your eGo or Spinner battery, screw on the Pro Tank and then unscrew the controller until you get the air flow you want.

From everything I've read, it's best to stay away from store brands as those seem to be where people run into trouble. There are quite a few eGo knock offs so be aware and wary. If it seems too good to be true.... That said, if you want to buy with confidence that you're getting a quality product, shop with Brian at The Veteran Vaper. Brian's store can also be accessed through Vapor Talk's Market Place right here. Just click on the link/ad above. I'd recommend the variable voltage Vision Spinner myself. Top it off with a Vivi Nova, Vivi Nova Mini, EVOD, MT3s or an eGo 2.4 ml. Changeable coil clearomizer (aka Kanger T2) and you'll be set.

Lapsing to Analogs When You Can't Charge Your Battery

If you want to try to steep it faster, place bottles of juice into a ziplock bag and seal tightly. Get as much air out of it as possible so it doesn't float. Place into a bowl of hot water and let the water cool naturally. Take out, shake and repeat. From what I've heard it's the hot water that helps the steeping along. I've tried this for some of my juices when I couldn't wait and it works pretty well... not quite as well as when you let time do its thing but it does help. -
My hair's too short for rubber bands so none from me... BUT! I do have a Maltese as shown in my avatar and she has lots of hair care stuff.
-
Yes! I think this one came from around a bunch of green onions...
-
The grape might just need to steep a little while. Try storing it in a dark place, shake once a day and give it a try again in a week or two to see if the flavor gets better for you. Some juices just need a bit of time.... But then again it might also be that fruit flavors aren't for you.
-
The rubber band works great. Thanks for the tip, Troy!

They have a Pyrex tank so you can use any kind of juice in it without fear of cracking -- unless you drop it or something, but it won't crack from the juice inside. It's a bottom coil and produced loads of vapor from my 50/50 juices. The EVOD uses the same kind of coil as a Pro Tank. AquaTroy says it tightens up the draw a little to make it less "airy". I'm trying to figure out how I want to plug some of the air holes in the base so it gives a tighter draw myself.

Hey, Kit? Why does being a supplier keep Brian from also being a "forum member"? I always wondered why Brian got quieter than when I first started on VT. Thought it was me... :-p
-
Brian is one of the main reasons why I shop and rec people to The Veteran Vaper. That he has quality stuff at good prices adds to the mix. So far I've not heard one bad thing about anyone who has shopped with him.

http://www.ecblendflavors.com/peanut-butter-cup-eliquid-flavor/ You're in trouble.

And I'm blaming you on my renewed interest in peanut butter. Lol! Not an e-liquid but I recently saw that Poptarts has a new peanut butter flavor out and I tried it. OMG, it's so good! Now I need to go get a peanut butter juice to try.
