  1. I didn't see the actual brand named in the story so I wouldn't be too sure it was an eGo brand. More like it was an eGo style of battery until more details come out -- if it ever does. In looking at the top where the battery connects to an atomizer, it doesn't look like a real eGo battery, probably a cheap knock off.
  2. After hearing you go on about Strawberry Fields from Vape Dudes I decided to give it a try. It came in today... along with the watermelon bubble gum. On the Strawberry Fields, is it good right away, or should I let it steep for a bit?
  3. The roast beef with a splash of Worchestershire sauce was...bleh. No matter how much I brushed my teeth and tongue I couldn't get that taste out of my mouth. In its defense, though, it tasted exactly like a good roast beef. That's just a flavor that shouldn't be vaped. lol.

    Vapor/Vaper

And you vape, not vap. There is no vapping allowed on VapOR Talk, only vaping.
  5. So your puppy has a stealth mode. Is that standard equipment or is it an option? Lol. Teni (rhymes with Penny and is short for Tenacity), has one mode: MINE!!! It's aaaaaallllll MIIIIINNNNEEEE.
  6. Oh my gosh, it's a good thing we're not in the VIP room. I could see this conversation going south -- FAST!
  7. Buster IS a lap dog you silly man. Now, where'd you hide his favorite lap? Hmmmm? He looks utterly squeezable and just the perfect size for a great hug! Aw, Jeff, those are just adorable! And with pretty pink scarves. Are those minis or regular sized? They both have those dangerously cute eyes that could make you say yes to nearly anything.
  8. OMG, such a cute puppy! *squeals* What's his name?
  9. It starts at 6 PM??? Ack! I was wanting to go but I don't know if I want to make the trip back so late at night.
  10. Yes? ETA: She's much cuter than me anyway.
  11. I'm interested in the Vivi Nova Pro Tank too. More info, please?
  12. We finally got a little rain here two days ago. If you want, you can send yours this way.
  13. Did you happen to see this article, Rixter? http://www.vapesquad.com/mad-murdock-to-drop-u-s-suppliers/
  14. You can learn quite a bit from the right fiction authors like Michael Creighton, David Morrell...
  15. Rice Crispies? Sorry, couldn't resist. It could be that you got a little juice down the center post. Take off the clearomizer, hold a tissue loosely over the bottom where it screws into the battery, blow into the mouth piece. Dab the juice out of the bottom as well as the battery well. Screw the clearomizer back on and vape. Any better?
  16. Yep. I do it all the time, which is why I keep so many small 2 dram bottles around.
  17. I think I'm going to wait for the second version of the Pro Tank, the one where you can change the drip tip, but thanks for the heads up on the mini! Who knows, I might need to try it out if I can't wait for the other... So many new toys to try, so little time and money.
  18. Thanks for the recs. Ever since I discovered ebooks I've been reading a minimum of three per week. I love reading!
  19. Aw, c'mon, Medic. I won't bite...much. Ever take a strong draw and get juice in your mouth? If you use a long drip tip or a universal with your favorite drip tip, it gives you the extra length so it not only cools the vapor just a bit, but it also keep the juice from getting into your mouth. http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/driptaxxxl.htm http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/chrryuni.htm The universal you can use by itself or you can add your favorite drip tip on the top.
  20. That's why I can't wait until the second version comes out: replaceable drip tips. I can use my favorite instead of the metal one that doesn't come off in the original.
  21. Ha! We have another convert! Lol. Dripping is sooooo gooooood. It's hard for me to use clearomizers any more, the taste is that different. Now, we need to talk about drip tips.... *evil grin*
  22. That guy sounds like he was trying to convince himself more than you, Mike. He probably wanted off the analogs but was afraid to try... Good for you that you took the high road because we all know vaping is so much more fun!
  23. Totally agree with Medic's #4. It's a huge mess with liquid running everywhere if you accidentally unscrew the base from the battery instead of the whole tank.
  24. Gurgling usually happens in tanks when some liquid gets into the center post. All you have to do is take the tank off the battery, hold a tissue loosely around the bottom (where the tank screws into the battery), blow into the mouth piece to clear the center post. Dab tissue into battery to collect the juice there, rescrew in the tank and you should be good to go. From my experience with the Pro Tank dry burning is not necessary. Topping off means to fill it up. In this instance he was saying keep it filled, which I don't find necessary with the Pro Tank. This guy might be over filling his tank, which is why he keeps getting gurgling. At least that's what it sounds like to me with your descriptions and not having seen the vid in question.
