  1. You really have to try it, it's delicious!
  2. I prefer to stay around 2.0 - 2.2 ohm with the coils on my tanks and clearomizers at around 4.0 ohms. On my HH.357 atomizer, it's 2.0 ohms at 4.3 - 4.5 volts.
  3. If it's gurgling just take it off your battery, place a tissue under the bottom of the tank where it connects to the battery and blow gently into the mouthpiece. Some juice got into your center post is all. Also, dab the top of the battery where it connects to dry the juice that's probably gathered there. Put it back together and you should be good to go...until the next time. The Davide minis that I use haven't really had that problem with, the Pro Tank and Pro Tank 2? Yeah, I get that more often than I like.
  4. Hey, Rixter, would you recommend a few good vids for me to watch? Which ones do you think are most informative?
  5. What day is the next one going to be? I seem to have missed out on the Unicorn Blood. *sighs*
  6. Spydre, you're just going through what everyone else goes through, which is vaper's tongue. When we vape one juice too long we stop tasting it. This is your signal that you need to switch flavors. This is NOT your signal to play with the wattage or voltage of your mod. Just switch to a different flavor. If you can't taste that, change to another flavor, drink lots of WATER, not Pepsi, not diet Pepsi...just water. That'll help. Also, the Irish Cream? There may be nothing at all wrong with it, it's just your taste buds. Juice is a highly subjective thing so no one person will taste something the same as another. Irish Cream, no matter who makes it, might not ever taste like the real thing to you. Maybe it's time to try other flavors and give up on it? Just a thought.
  7. "Are you spending more than you'd like to on vaping supplies?" No. I like the amounts I'm spending on vaping supplies just fine, thanks. "Do you find yourself hiding new gear or juice from your significant other so they won't know about your "dirty little secret"?" No, I put them in plain sight, which is where he'll never see them. Really. I brought that to his attention once and he swore I was out of my mind. For three weeks before Christmas his unwrapped present sat on the coffee table. He even moved it a couple of times. And I got pictures of it in his hand. And he never noticed.
  8. Where do you get your wick and coil, Rixter? Also, what gauge coil and what material of wick do you use?
  9. For the Pro Tank coils I soak in vodka, blot, then let them dry over night. With my HH.357 atomizer I soak, blot and vape until the alcohol's gone.
  10. But the reviews are mostly...good.
  11. Here you go. Knock yourself out! http://www.ecblendflavors.com/bacon-eliquid-flavor/
  12. Hmmmm. Maybe I should've thrown a little bacon into my homemade egg rolls tonight.
  13. With shaking hands I would imagine it's near impossible to keep the liquid from going into the center tube out out the top. I've thought of using a syringe at times but can't be bothered. Thankfully, my hands are steady enough to be able to forego the other.
  14. Well, let me clarify my comment above. They did say they tried to fit the four minis I ordered into a box but it didn't fit. I would guess that's when they stuffed them into the bubble wrap envelope and then into a flimsy cardboard priority envelope. I regularly send gifts to friends all over the world and don't have problems making sure the items get there without damage. It's really not that hard. *rolls eyes*
  15. They were fairly quick to respond to my email, but they said that if I want them to ship in boxes, that I have to specify that in the comment box for the order. I will not be buying anything more from them. Ever.
  16. I have both, the Pro Tank 2 and Davidi mini, and I prefer the Davide mini. If you're careful it's not hard to fill it with a regular drip bottle top, you don't absolutely need a needle tip or syringe. The Davide mini offers the closest to direct dripping as far as delivering flavor that I've found. YMMV. I get mine from Discount Vapers.
  17. For whatever reason the coils that come in them just never seem to work for me out of the box. I'm glad I figured out I needed to change the coils for it to work. Now, whenever I pop open a new mini I just automatically pitch the coil that came in it and put a new one in so I don't have to be bothered later on.
  18. Have you tried clicking the button five times fairly quickly in a row? If you press the button just once, does it light up? If not, your device might be in the "off" position and you'll need to turn it on with five clicks.
  19. Just my experience, B, but for some reason the coils that came in the minis I've gotten all seem to have weird ticks to them in one form or another. It's only after I change the coils that it seems to work well. That's just been my experience, though. YMMV.
  20. It's not that a flavor can irritate, it's just that our taste buds can become "immune" to a flavor after we've been vaping it for awhile. When you change flavors for a bit and then go back to it, your taste buds can once again taste it -- for a while before you need to change again.
  21. Will do, Aquatroy. I'm so disappointed that I had to miss the meet this year.
  22. There are three vape shops in my town. Two are the same company and the one that got me started. They sell only genuine Joytech and other name brands that we all have used and recommend here on Vapor Talk. There are two salesmen there that love to see me come in because I introduce them to all kinds of new and fun toys -- vapor related of course. The owner is great. I showed him my Spinners and he now carries them. The Davide and Davide mini are the newest things he's looking into getting. The other store is just getting started so he doesn't have much inventory right now. It's wonderful to have shops nearby.
