  1. Thanks for the heads up, Troy. Hmmmm. Wonder if I can make it? Are you planning to go?
  2. http://www.avidvaper.com/hh-357-cisco-spec-hybrid-atomizers/ Troy, the one I gave you is a Custom HH.357 Cisco Spec hybrid at 1.5 ohms in stainless steel, short barrel. I only use the Custom ones, not the "regular". The extra couple of dollars is more than worth it. Just got a message from Hanna. I'd sent off 4 of mine to be cleaned/rebuilt. Seems like two had fused wires that needed to be rebuilt and one had some kind of obstruction in the coil that was making it hotter than it should've been so that's been replaced. One other was just cleaned. For all four I was only charged the maximum of $10. Now that's great service! Can't wait to get them back.
  3. Also, with a sealed adapter, I've found it restricts airflow in my atomizer too much so I can't take a decent draw. The 901 and original drip shields do require an adapter but Keith, the owner of Empire Mods, fixed that nicely by making drip shields specifically for an eGo type battery. That's why, when I recommend a drip shield, I only recommend those that come from Empire Mods and have the words "eGo" in the name of the shield. The others would require an adapter while the latter do not.
  4. With the drip shield that's specifically made for the eGo, the O-ring sits nicely below the atty/battery connection so you don't need an adapter.
  5. If you flood it to where it won't work well, take off the atomizer from your battery and blow the juice out from the battery connection end into a paper towel or tissue. Put it back on the battery, add just a couple of drops and vape. That should take care of it. I got a couple of months before the coil gunked up enough that the performance dropped way off and no amount of soaking in vodka would take care of it anymore. But keep in mind that I use these almost exclusively so it gets a lot of use. The only time I use any other delivery device like my Davide mini is when I'm driving.
  6. That wasn't me, it was Spydre who brought up the cold.
  7. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007SVQOQS/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00 If you ever want the link it's in the comments of the original post.
  8. Before I take off for a trip I just vape until I need more juice, add one to three drops (usually only two), and go. It doesn't need to be super wet, it just can't be bone dry. Glad you liked it, Troy. See? This is what we've been talking about and why I can't go back to regular atomizers. They just can't compare. Now, I'm waiting to hear from Hanna about the four I sent back to him for cleaning/rebuilding. There's nothing wrong with these four except I drip dark, sweet juices that gunk up the coils faster than others. With the instructions that say no dry burning to get the gunk off I'm sending them back for repair/cleaning. For $5 - $10 for up to 5 atomizers and some shipping and handling, that's a pretty low price for the quality you get.
  9. And I'm trying to put up with the inferior atomizers so I can use them up instead of letting them sit in a huge pile.
  10. I'm trying to be good and not buy a bunch of different juices for a bit until I deplete my current over-supply. Will be fun to hear what you think of them.
  11. You know...that's not a bad idea! We built two more garages this past summer so we have the room. Hmmmmm. Oh, the possibilities are endless.
  12. Nail polish cases also work well. I also have an acrylic make up organizer that holds my batteries and assorted goodies. The places for lipstick holds the batteries up nicely.
  13. Just think about what that'll look like in another six months...
  14. He's definitely got his priorities in order!
  15. Yep. Everyone tastes juices differently and likes what they like. This is why it's so hard to recommend a juice/flavor to anyone else. Unless you try it for yourself, you won't know if you like it or not.
  16. Every bottle of juice that EC Blends ships out is made fresh to order, which is why they say that it takes 3 - 5 days to process. They really don't have any pre-steeped juices.
  17. I love their OrangeZilla. The Unicorn Blood was only...okay for for me.
  18. I'm sure in their FAQ they state somewhere about how long (many days) it might take to process an order? If they have a lot of orders it stands to reason it would take the vendor a few days to process and package yours. It really doesn't matter where you live, people from all over are buying things from their site since they're online. So that would put your order further down the list. If this vendor were to give you store credit for taking a reasonable amount of time to process your order, I would've been very surprised. And they also get days off -- just like we do.
  19. What Troy said. And make sure you have back ups of your back ups in case your first set of back ups fail...
  20. Here's a link to my post about an on-the-wall juice organizer.
  21. I've ordered a bottle or two from them but they're not my main go-to vendor. A friend loves their juices so she ordered from them several times. The last two times, however, it took them months to get the juices to her -- she got lots of promises when they bothered to answer her emails -- but they also lost a good customer as she refuses to do any more business with them.
  22. It's pretty good right out of the bottle but you can always speed steep it in hot water when it comes in.
  23. The Dragon's Crown is very nice. Seems I'm on a coconut kick lately. This is coconut, strawberry, dragon fruit and cream.
