My epic disaster for today involves my kitchen. Just finished cooking meals for the entire work week and my poor kitchen looked it. Thankfully, it's not anything vaping related.

But you must also have the Coffee juice. Breakfast isn't complete without the coffee.

No Dunkin' Donuts in my little town but we have lots of red bulls...brown bulls, light brown cows... Living out here in Colorado, ranchers have lots of livestock. Lol.

I think it would be kinder to myself to just let the zombies get me...

That seems awfully expensive -- even for a B&M. Mine carries the genuine Kangor coils in a 5-pack for $8.99. That seems reasonable considering there's no shipping costs. Their juice, however, goes for $11.99 for a 15 ml, which is too high for my liking.

You can actually steep it either way - with the lid on or off. I've found it steeps better (for me), when I take the lid off while steeping.

I got one like that from my local B&M and promptly took it back. Same with two of them that had squishy buttons.

Feels Like a Nut is one that has to steep at least a couple weeks before it gets where I want it. While good from the start it gets a nice, rich, creamy consistency in flavor as time goes on. For me Dragon's Tear is almost too acidic when I first get it but gets better and smoother after a few weeks. A month is usually the best steeping time for this juice, but that's just my preference.

There really isn't a "best amount of time to steep", it's all a matter of what you prefer and what flavors. Some of them I use straight out of the mail and it's good -- for me. Others, like all the Dragon series and the FLaN I've tried, get smoother, creamier the longer it steeps. When I get a bottle I try a little to see how it is. If it's perfumy or doesn't taste good to me I let it sit with the cap off in a dark cabinet, shake every day and try some more every few days. Once it gets to where I like it I start using it in my daily rotation. Others never get to the point where I like it so they get paid forward.

It was going great for about ten minutes and then the draw started getting tighter. Finally had to take it apart (partially), and take off the flavor wick. Must've moved the wires and shorted something out because after that I couldn't get the thing to read anything but 0.0 ohms. I'll take it apart today and play with it some more now that I've gotten over the initial hump of building the first one. Micro coils have been on my list but I need to get a torch first. *rubs hands together*

Just rebuilt my first KPT coil with a 5/4 wrap. It metered out at 2.1 ohm. Woo hoo! Thanks for the great tutorial, Rixter, it really helped a lot and it wasn't hard at all.

I'd go to EC Blends and buy a bunch of 5 ml bottles for around $2.50 each so I could try all kinds of different flavors to find the ones I like. Then, I'd buy the bigger bottles for much less than your local brick & mortar store.

*laughs* The KISS method works very well for me, it's just hard to remember that from time to time. Glad 'getting back to basics' worked so well for you.

Couldn't find any info about their juice ratio on the site. Do you know what their PG/VG is?

I'd be highly suspicious of the second order that came without any brand name on them. In order to make sure you're getting the genuine coils I'd only buy from reputable vendors. There are quite a few that many of us order from on this forum. The knock offs also come with problems in performance -- usually. They don't hit as well, many leak, or don't work at all...

Where are you going that supplies have been low? I didn't have that problem when I went on my shopping frenzy last night -- and I have the bank account records to prove it. Lol.

Now is the perfect time to get it, though, so you can leave it to steep. Just sayin'.

From my personal experience using the simple Vision Spinner (variable voltage only) and direct dripping with 50/50 juice, I get huge clouds of vapor. I wanted to get away from that a bit as the vapor does leave a thin residue of film on things so I went with a 60 VG/40 PG mix only to find that the juice is too thin for my atty. It's now back to the 50/50 mix. If you're wanting a good mech mod, I would suggest trying a K100 (it's an Empire clone). I've been very pleasantly surprised at the performance of this over my much more expensive Evic. It may be that I haven't found the right combination of vv/vw, but I've been underwhelmed by its performance while the K100 really works well. And I'm still in love with my Spinners. Even with a mini Davide and 1.8 ohm coils I get plenty of vapor, throat hit and flavor. You'll get all kinds of support here, Loneranger. I'm sorry you're not getting it from your immediate family and friends. Have you tried searching for a vape meet in your area? Those are great ways to find local support from people who really get it.

Have you tried the jade drip tips from Empire Mods? They're only $5.99 each. Also, there are ceramic ones for $2.99. http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/driptstj.htm http://www.empiremods.com/product_p/driptcer.htm These might be an alternative to the more expensive glass ones.

I got a few MT3 and T3s when they first came out. The MT3 are plastic with a metal colored sleeve around the outside so it's not any different from a T3 other than that. I just tried one of them as a taste test and yep. Plastic. Bleh.

The only reason why I bought so many is because I insist on vaping a dark and very sweet juice in these which gunk up coils in the best of atomizers. By stocking up I can rotate them to be cleaned and repaired. If I vaped "regular" juices I highly doubt I'd have so many as they'd still work flawlessly.
