  1. Peppermint from EC Blends. No extra flavor shot needed. I mix a little fruit flavor to smoooooth it out so it's not too sharp. The blueberry is doing it for me these days but I've also tried Strawberry Fields from Vape Dudes, Pineapple Express from JVapes, and blackberry from EC Blends as a mixer. They all taste really good with the peppermint.
  2. No, you pulled the "man" card and blamed the memory issues on that. Lol.
  3. Blueberry and peppermint seem like an odd combination but one that I really like now. The problem I'm having with it is getting the ratio of one flavor to the other just right.
  4. I think Jeff was one of the first guys I met on this forum. He was never afraid of waving his pink eGo battery around -- and he looked damn good doing it.
  5. But it makes the advice that we give that much more pertinent: always have back ups. And back ups for your back ups.
  6. That's the problem with these batteries. No instructions on them anywhere. *sighs*
  7. Click five times quickly and it should flash three times to indicate it turns on or off. If you click once after that it tells you if the battery is turned on by the button lighting up or remaining dark (light means on, dark means it's off). If or when it flashes ten times in a row that means the battery is drained and needs to be recharged. I'd disregard the green light on your charger and let it sit on that for a few hours then try it again.
  8. If it's a solid green I'd say your battery is finished charging. Try putting your atomizer, clearomizer, tank, whatever back on your battery. Make sure to click the button five times fast to make sure your battery is on. After clicking five times, click once. If the light comes on just as you click, that means your battery is on. If the button stays dark, your battery is off so you'll want to click five times to turn it on. You have to clean the connection every so often to keep the gunk from interfering with the power.
  9. Is there a little green/red light on your charger? If it's connected there should be a red light to indicate that it's charging. The light will turn green when the charging is finished. Did you also check/clean the connection end of the battery? Might want to check that too.
  10. If you're new to dripping I wouldn't suggest you spend this kind of money on an atomizer just yet. Start with some of the cheaper ones ranging from $3.50 - $10.00 so you can figure out if direct dripping is for you. I'd hate to see you put out $25 for one just to find out you don't like it...
  11. Sounds like it's not getting a charge. Is it connected well to the charger? Not too tight, though. Also, I would clean the battery connection and the charger's connection well. Double check the little round thingy inside the battery where it connects to the charger. It might've been pushed down too far to make the connection to the charger. With a paper clip or tip of a knife, carefully work the edge around the connector to pull it up a bit. This youtube vid shows you how. That might help. If not, then it might be that you have a faulty charger....
  12. Yes, you can mix but I'd do so in a separate bottle -- just in case the 18 mg isn't enough for you. I'd try the 24 mg first for a day or two to see if that's the right amount of nic. If it's too much, then I'd mix a little in a different bottle and try that for awhile. The reason being, if the 18 isn't strong enough for you and you mixed the entire contents of the two bottles...you can't go back.
  13. http://www.avidvaper.com/custom-hh-357-cisco-spec-hybrid-510-atomizer/ These are the Lamborghinis of direct dripping atomizers. Click on the link below for more info.
  14. Does it count if I got a "it shipped!" notice but it's not here yet? I paid for priority shipping so I should have six new custom Cisco hybrid spec atomizers at 2.0 ohm by day after tomorrow. *bounces*
  15. Woo hoo! Look at you! *pats 3Rutez on back* Yep, you got it right. Well, maybe not the part about more VG = less flavor. The PG is a great flavor carrier, more VG would be a smoother, slightly more subtle flavor... and a thicker consistency.
  16. That's the lovely thing about vaping FLaN, I can enjoy the flavor of an Almond Joy -- even if I can't actually have a real one due to a chocolate allergy. :-P
  17. I vote for the latter. Hey, Jeff. Go beat up Troy for me. He stood me up yesterday.
  18. May have to be an "early adopter" and try one out. I don't think I've ever had one with dual coils before.
  19. Ah, good information and clarification. I was just going to stop tell my batteries stories of all the different applications I was going to use them for and the high expectations I had...
  20. Would you explain a little more of what you mean by "stressing" the batteries?
  21. Personally, I see no need to get an RDA or RBA for it as my KPT2 is amazing with the K100. If you want, you can get whatever, but I'm enjoying it just as is without a kick or anything else.
  22. As a pack a day smoker I started with 24 mg of nic in a 50/50 ratio. With the Twist I'd go as low voltage as it'll go to start and work up slowly until you get a harsh vape. Turn it down until it smooths out, that should be the sweet spot for that flavor. As far as I know you should be fine with the creamier blends, these tend to like lower heat (low voltage), though. It can also depend on what ohm coil you're using in the Pro Tank mini. If it's a 1.8 ohm (low resistance), it could make your juice harsh, especially if you're using a higher voltage on your Twist. I'd go with a minimum of a 2.2 - 2.5 ohm so you have some playing room with the voltage. Your apple crisp flavor may be fine -- it might just need to steep awhile. That's been my experience with Mt. Baker's juices. Most of those that I bought from them needed to be steeped at least a couple of weeks before the juice turned into something that didn't taste vile. By steeping, that means to put it into a dark place away from children and pets and let it sit. Shake at least once a day. Some people prefer to steep with the cap off, which is my preference. Good luck!
  23. The batteries that come with are acceptable. With better batteries come better performance, at least that's been the case in my experience with these. I still use the stock batteries on occasion so you can use these to start. The charger is a different matter altogether. I've been reading that some of them get very hot when in use. Just to be safe I'd get a better charger right away. You can wait a bit on the batteries.
