  1. Yep. I totally agree with you! That's why I live in Southern Colorado.
  2. I had a friend who used to say something like that. He'd go, "I'm so glad I'm me. If I couldn't be me, I'd wanna be. And if I couldn't do that I'd want to be a friend of mine." Since I couldn't figure out what to get for my SO -- I just asked him (after I asked if he'd like to be taken out to a nice dinner). He said he'd much rather stay at home and be able to rest. Guess I'll just have to work with that. Maybe a full body oriental massage - given by yours truly. Lol.
  3. No freakin' way, Spydre. It's too damned cold where you are!
  4. C'mon! Sing it with me! VAPOR TALK... VAPOR TALK... VAPOR TALK... VAPOR TALK... VAPOR TALK... ~ Hey, Mark, are you listening?
  5. Do you know what the name of the tank is? If not, would you post a picture so we know what we're dealing with?
  6. Get a bottle of sweetener and add a couple of drops. That's how I take care of my juices that seem like they need a little more. Just a reminder to use a different bottle to mix so you can add the original juice if you add too much sweetener.
  7. I'd suggest you get the Vision Spinner from Brian at The Veteran Vaper. You won't find better customer service anywhere. Many forum members have ordered from Brian and ALL of them have nothing but great things to say about their experience with the great customer service. http://www.theveteranvaper.com/vision-spinner-1300mah-variable-voltage-battery/ Don't forget the charger and an AC adapter for it! You'll need to get these separate from the batteries. ETA: You an also look at Brian's site for the Kanger Pro Tanks/Pro Tank minis and replacement wicks. The Kanger Pro Tank2 and Pro Tank mini can be gotten at our own Vapor Talk store. You won't find prices lower for these as far as I can tell. Chris, our fearless leader, also gives excellent customer service you can trust. https://www.vaportalkstore.com/product-p/pro-tank-mini.htm https://www.vaportalkstore.com/product-p/pro-tank-2.htm
  8. Okay, caved and bought an IGO-W4 RDA. Will be trying my hand at building micro coils next. Also got a 5-pack of the new dual coils for KPT3 and four more Anyvape Davide minis. Now, I go off to stalk the mail carrier on Monday... ETA: Oops! Forgot to add that I ordered six more Custom HH.357 in 2.0 ohm the other day.
  9. YES!!!
  10. One for coils and extra hardware. One for juices...
  11. Any of them would be amazing! But the purple one would be... *drools*
  12. Mark said that if there's enough interest he would consider doing a contest on Vapor Talk.
  13. What are you waiting for? Have you seen these beauties? Mark is running a contest for one in the Contest area of the forum. You have to have a Twitter account to play this time. If we have enough interest, Mark said that he might run on on Vapor Talk. See this thread here: If you want to take a look at his works of art that are going to be the prizes, go to the link below. He's giving away a one of a kind wooden mod. Go. Shoo!
  14. Oh! And the Pro Tanks and Davides? Their tanks are made of Pyrex glass so you'll have to be careful not to break them. Being made of Pyrex, though, you won't have to worry about which juices you can use in them. Some juices with high cinnamon or high citrus content will crack plastic tanks so that you get leaking. No problem with glass ones.
  15. Yes. Yes, you are. Very confused. Seriously. PG is a flavor carrier. It thins the juice and gives a harder throat hit. VG is the vapor part of the juice. It's going to make the juice thicker, gunk up coils faster, smooths out the vape and makes it a tad bit sweeter. The nic content really has nothing to do with the PG/VG part.
  16. May's good as long as it's not near or the weekend of May 9th. Otherwise, I'm game.
  17. Let us know when you'll be there, I'll drive up. I wanna see your rig.
  18. I'd suggest getting a 1300 mAh Vision Spinner for the battery. This is a variable voltage so you get some play with it but it's simple for a beginner. Just start at the lowest setting and vape. If it's not good, doesn't seem to get much vapor, turn it up a little. Vape. Lather, rinse, repeat until it tastes a little burnt and then turn it down a bit. That should be your sweet spot for that juice. As for tanks, everyone will have their own favorites. Mine is an Anyvape Davide mini with a 1.8 ohm coil. The Kanger Pro Tank mini is pretty much the same thing, just a little easier to fill. The coils/heating elements in these are replaceable so you don't have to keep buying the whole tank every time. The coils run around a dollar or a little more each. Then, there's the e-liquid/juice. There are so many good vendors around. One of my favorites is EC Blends. They sell in bottles of 5 ml at around $2.50 each so you can try all kinds of different flavors (and they customize to your heart's content) without breaking the bank. Good luck!
  19. Personally, I like my Royal Crown bags.
  20. Good tips, guys. Thanks! These are things most drivers in regular vehicles don't think about when we're on the road.
  21. Troy's not kidding when he says they're in a commercial district, Josh. Just keep your eyes peeled for the sign, it's a small one and you'll miss it if you blink. The inside is much larger than it looks from the outside.
  22. MG = milligram -- as in how many milligrams of nicotine is in the juice PG = propylene glycol -- this carries the flavor, gives more throat hit, thins juice VG = vegetable glycerine -- this gives more vapor, thicker juice, smoother throat hit, slightly sweeter (more of this and it gunks up coils faster) VC = not a clue what this is. Sorry!
  23. Just like everything else with vaping -- it's a personal preference. I prefer to direct drip, it gives me much better flavor than any tank I've used to date. Dripping can be a minor inconvenience, but I've been doing it for so long now I don't even think about it. Getting muted flavor out of a tank is more of an inconvenience to me these days.
  24. Sorry, I won't be much help there because I don't DIY. That's why I said to take a separate bottle. Add a little juice (say...enough for a tank full), add a couple of drops of VG. Shake to mix well. Check the consistency. If it's still really thin, add a few drops more. If you get too much and it's too thick, add a few more drops of juice to thin it out. Put a little into tank and vape to check. The more VG you have, the smoother the vape and it also adds just a little bit of sweetness to it. BUT! The more VG you have in the juice the faster it gunks up your coils. Good luck!
  25. A 50/50 ratio is what I would suggest for you to start and then go from there. In the mean time you might try going to a local pharmacy to buy some VG. It's not like you can use the juice as is anyway. Don't pour the VG into the main bottle of juice, though. Use a different bottle to mix so you don't waste the whole thing. You can always add more but you can't take it out if you added too much.
