needing to find some good eliquid with taste I like!
Tam replied to msash09c's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
Yep. That's why I keep a bottle handy. Just be aware that the sweeter the juice, the faster it'll gunk up your coils. -

What tastes like nirvana to one person will taste like dirty socks to another. No one can truthfully tell you you're going to love a certain juice from a certain vendor. You will need to try many different flavors for yourself to see what works for you. Many juices will not taste like what they're supposed to until they finish steeping. Steeping means you have to let it sit and age for a while before the real flavor or the creaminess comes through. Many people take the cap off, put it into a dark, secure place, shake it once a day and do this for about a week. Try it to see if the flavor has changed into something you like. If not, repeat the actions I listed above. Not often but sometimes you'll go back to a juice about a month or so later and find out it tastes nothing like what you first tried and it's the best thing ever! Other times, no matter how long you let it steep, it still tastes awful -- to you. Good luck! -
atomizer for dripping help:) and tanks!
Tam replied to msash09c's topic in General Vaping Discussion
There's a pretty big difference between a regular atomizer and an RDA. I think he's asking about a regular atomizer to direct drip. It looks a lot like the cartomizers but without the filler material. If you're new to direct dripping, do a search here for it. There are a lot of threads and even more information about how to do it and how to troubleshoot the problems that come with dripping. There is a pretty good learning curve to it, though, so if you want trouble-free, I'd stick with the tanks. If not, the link below takes you to the atomizer I started out with. They're very inexpensive and work great, especially for a beginner. Make sure you get a drip shield from Empire Mods so you don't wind up with juice all over your fingers and battery! A cool 510 or 901 drip tip is also an option. http://vapelite.info/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=22_47&products_id=62 Since you're just starting I would warn you away from an HH.357. While they really are the Lamborghini of atomizers, they also have a learning curve for even experienced drippers. At $21 - $25 a piece, you may not be ready to drop that much cash on something you may or may not like. Just my two cents. -
If nothing else the limeade at our local Sonic is pretty darn good.

I think it needs something like two parts lime and one part extra sweet to bring out the lime flavor, but it could just be me. I'm tasting a very subtle crust on the exhale. Really. It reminds me of Keebler's shortbread pie crust but very subtle in the background.

Oh you can do something alright. Now, uncoil your RDA and use that to repair the speaker wires. Make sure to wipe off all the e-juice before you start putting the wires on the speakers! I don't want to stick to the floor when I walk near them, either. >

It's been a few weeks but not too much more than that.

I was wondering when you'd either hit the breaking point or you'd guess the answer. PMing you now.

No. *sad face* You never sent me limeade, but you're not far off.
-
Yep. 0 nic and I've been vaping it -- can't put it down. I need to switch to something with some nic in it now, though. Lol.
-
Nah, the blueberry's sort of nice and mellow and yummy. This one has a little bit of a spark to it that almost has my full attention but it needs little bit more of a kick. Lol.
-
What have a I told you about stripping the speaker wires, V? Huh??? Were you not listening the last time you were told not to do that?! There goes the surround sound again.
-
Nah, apple cider is extremely delish but not as tart. Still, I'm thinking this juice needs a little more tart and sweet brought out to the surface.

What goes *squeak* mmmmmmmmmmm *squeak* mmmmmmmmmmm *squeak* mmmmmmmmmmm Just tried a flavor in a 1.5 ohm HH.357 that makes me smile in delight and pucker at the same time. OMG. It's soooo good!

No worries. We all have our favorites and those that are most hated for one reason or another. This thread is to get peoples' opinions and what their experiences were.

What kind of bread ti-- I mean wire did you use?
-
First off are you using a separate ohm meter to test your coils or are you using your Sigelei? To be safe it's always best to use a dedicated ohm meter. The ones on the batteries are not always accurate.

Does All Eliquid Work With Any Vape Pen?
Tam replied to thesanchhh's topic in General eLiquid Discussion
My KPT3 came with dual coil but for me works better with a single coil set up. This renders it into a KPT2. In my opinion I'd go with either a KPT2 or an Anyvape Davide. Both are pretty much the same, uses the same coils (for now), but for me I prefer the Davide. I feel it gives better flavor but only you can tell which one works best for what you like. -

Yes, and I would suggest using a new coil when changing flavors so you don't get a mixture of the two different flavors. The wicks tend to hang on to flavors unless you clean those. You can just rinse in warm water and let them soak in vodka for a few hours, then rerinse in warm water, let dry overnight. That should get the old flavor out of the wicks. -

Yes, the KPT2 will work with an eGo-T, it has the eGo threads but it's got a bigger diameter than that battery. If you don't care for the top heavy look you might think about getting a Pro Tank mini. Those are the same size around as your battery. -

If Teni gets cold she wakes us up so one of us will cover her with her blankie. If she's not comfortable enough to sleep -- ain't no one going to sleep...
