Tomorrow's pork steaks on the grill. I have them marinading in some Japanese sake. They'll be good and three sheets to the wind by tomorrow night. LOL.
-
Vaping some of Tam's special mix of mojito now.

30.06 works better for moving targets. Better range as they try to run away. Shotgun's gotta fairly short range to be effective. I think he moves faster than that.

Didn't take a picture but I made a HUGE amount of tempura tonight. Yellow summer squash, mushrooms, around 40 medium sized shrimp on skewers... ...and RICE!

There's also the "your body is changing because you don't have the carcinogens going into it from the analogs" thing. Your body and taste buds are healing as you go through detox. Some of the changes occurred with me up to six months and longer. If it's not great for you now, put it aside and pick it up to try again later.

Try turning it up to around 3.8v or 3.9v. It might be the juice you're vaping needs a bit more heat.
-
Oooh, did I do that? *whistles innocently.

It must be sooper sekrit ohmage.
-
He said he's using Vv v3 but using 3.7 v
-
The starter kit comes with cartomizers. Wonder what ohm coils those are using so that they'll actually work with a 2.8v battery?
-
I'm thinking typo. Not to say they don't make batteries at 2.8v but I've never seen them. More like 3.8v.
-
Do you have a link or a picture of the battery? If you're posting a pic, please take one that shows inside the battery connection. This vid might also be of help. It might be that the KPT2 isn't making connection with the battery, which is why it won't work?
-
Thanks! I'll double check with the site to see what size these are.
-
Can you still buy the 2.5 replacement tanks? If so, where?
-
Take a look at the link. They now say 1.6 ml.

The Anyvape Davide minis are selling at $11.99
-
Okay, just went and looked again and it seems like these new Davide minis will accept a Kanger Pro Tank coil, you just need to take the top off the bottom part. It shows the difference in the pictures provide. Hmmm. Interesting. http://www.discountvapers.com/anyvape-davide-bdc-mini-glassomizer-new-version/ Are you listening, Bcarter??? The tanks are still 1.6 ml. Can't remember if the original tanks were 2.0 ml or the 1.6.. Might need to give these a try.

Not a clue, Ma. I haven't tried any of the new Davide minis that use the Aspire coils. If I'm not mistaken, the Aspire coils are dual coils and not the single like the KPT coils were, but I could be wrong. Haven't looked too much into it. I may eventually.
-
Like Mtdobies, I love my Anyvape Davide minis but Anyvape changed them to use Aspire coils and not the KPT coils, they also made them .5 ml smaller. Don't know of anywhere you can get the Davide (full-sized) or the Davide minis that use the KPT coils anymore. So sad. They "fixed" something that wasn't broken. *sighs*

The iClear 30s that came with my VTR was nothing but pure junk. Dry hits all over the place and I use 50/50 juice so it should've been fine. There are some who like them but they're rare from what I've seen. From quite a few others they also had the same experience as I did but they are the tanks that come with the VTR so it's not like you'll be out any money to try it.

How often and how long have you been using this atomizer? It does have a small break in period before it gets really good. The HH.357 have a slightly longer break in period. The coils in tanks have come a long way since I started vaping, and they're so much better than they used to be for flavor production. If you're switching coils to change flavors, rinse the coils well under warm to almost hot water, then soak in vodka for a few hours (I soak over night), then air dry over night before using again. That usually gets the previous flavor out unless it's a really strong flavor like tobacco or coffee. Those don't seem to come all the way out no matter how long I soak them.
-
To anyone who is new to direct dripping I would suggest getting the basics down first with a less expensive atomizer (these are not carts/cartomizers -- those have filler material inside), before getting into the more expensive HH.357s. The 357s have a learning curve all their own, even for experienced drippers. At $22 - $25 a piece, that's a little expensive to learn on while making mistakes.
-
I would be very cautious about buying a Provari for $40 and expect it to be a real one. They don't lose their value to that extent.

The heaviness can be a positive. It works very well as a defensive weapon.
