What flavor is Monkey Cream, Jeff?

Simply Overwhelmed by the options and lingo

Try these links for the stickies. Jargon for vaping: Noobie Guide to Vaping: Those should be of help. A few things might be outdated but most of the info is still valid. -
Forgot to post that I got these yesterday. 1x Purple Vision Spinner II (1650 mAh) and it looks to be authentic. It came in a long, narrow transparent plastic box with the Vision logo on it. Inside that was a cardboard box. Inside that was a Spinner inside a plastic bag. Wrapped around that was an instruction manual with Vision's logo all over it. If it's a knock off because it's a 1650 mAh, they sure went to a LOT of trouble with all the packaging and Vision's logo. Also got one Picolo Pyrex drip tip in blue, two in green and a strange looking Pyrex drip tip that's long with orange pin striping swirling around it.

Teriyaki chicken and white rice with a side of cheese broccoli and a green salad.
-
Scotch doesn't always mix well with some flavors, though. Lol.

Quality control isn't a strong point in China where these are made. That's why getting a battery with variable voltage helps so you can turn it up a bit to get the vapor you want.

my taste buds cant taste the flavor?!?
Tam replied to azizcansaythis's topic in General Vaping Discussion
You'll want to drink lots of water. You also said that you're vaping the same juice...you need to change it up. Most of us change flavors several times a day. Go to a fruit flavor if you've been vaping something like a bakery flavor, then try a mint or a candy flavor. That seems to help but only if it's something very different from what you can't taste anymore. -
And then, after drinking water per Josh's advice, I would suggest drinking some more water. Vapor's tongue means you aren't drinking enough. You should also try changing to a drastically different kind of flavor for a while. For example, if you're vaping a bakery flavor, try going to a fruit or mint.

But will it heat the buns???

What did the ohms test out at?
-
Looking forward to it! If the tank comes with a coil inside, take the coil out first and wash the bottom part as well.
-
Just some warm to almost hot water with a little bit of dish washing detergent should be fine. Be sure to rinse thoroughly!
-
Just remember that when you get them, wash the tank out thoroughly to get the machining oils off. No need to wash the coils, just the tank. You might get a nasty taste otherwise.
-
From what I could tell on the website it doesn't specifically say it's 510 threaded but it says they're CE5 clearomizers so the KPT minis should fit. CE5s are 510 threaded.
-
Since most of these things come from China, there really isn't any kind of quality control so it's not uncommon to get a bad one right out of the box.
-
Nice format for all the information!
-
Just looked those up and they appear to be some kind of variation of a CE4. Most people don't use them anymore because there are better things to be had at around the same price like the Pro Tank mini. You'll want to get replacement coils for those at whatever ohm you like (I prefer the 1.8 ohms). Whenever your flavor drops off or it's just not working well for you, you pop a fresh coil in and you're good to go. Much better than having to replace the whole thing every time. The two links below go to our own Vapor Talk store for the KPT mini and the Pro Tank 2 replacement coils. Their prices are comparable (usually lower) than anywhere else. Might give these a try? https://www.vaportalkstore.com/Clear-Pro-Tank-Mini-p/pro-tank-mini-clear.htm https://www.vaportalkstore.com/eCigarette-Tank-Coils-s/1856.htm

Then, after you buy the 3D printer you have to buy the different colored plastic, all the other accessories, etc. Using that same money to buy premade vaping gear and juice and...you'd have years worth of goods.
-
A "good" 3D printer costs in the neighborhood of around $3000 without lots of bells and whistles. Not quite mainstream prices yet.
-
It could shake the holy **** out of the juice, though. Good mixer but nothing for steeping. An ultrasonic steeper would probably work better.
-
Are you using the same gauge wire? What does your ohm meter read the coil to be? What are you using for wick? What's the PG/VG ratio of your juice? What mod are you using? All of these things (and maybe a few more), will make a difference in performance.

Thanks, Patricia, but I've bought five or six Spinners (version 1) from GotVapes and have had them last over a year. I've never had a problem with anything else I've gotten from them, and when I did, they gave me great customer service so I think I'll be fine. http://www.visionecig.com/vision-spinner-ii/62-vision-spinner-ii.html That link is for the Vision company and they specifically say 1650 mAh.

Sweet Flavors to the Tongue, But No Actual Taste?
Tam replied to Ryansfishn's topic in DIY e Liquid Discussion
Go here to EC Blends and create your own flavor or no flavor at all but just sweet. So many ways to customize... http://www.ecblendflavors.com/01-create-your-own-e-liquid-wizard-by-ecblend/ of fluffy spun sugar flavor (aka cotton candy) http://www.ecblendflavors.com/fluffy-spun-sugar-eliquid-flavor/ -
There's definitely something wrong when a Spinner only lasts a couple of months. I'd be very unhappy to spend that much for it to stop working that soon.
