Charged my Spinner on the Vision charger last night and...argh! The thing got hung up on going from the orange to the blue light until I disconnected and reconnected again. Then, it charged fully from there. Like Bebop said, there's no rhyme or reason to this thing other than to disconnect for a sec to get it going again. It's a minor inconvenience for a long lasting battery. :/

http://www.triple-ecig.com/accessories/replacement-coils.html Did a Google search and came up with this. I've never heard of the Spartan tank or done business with this vendor so it's up to you to decide if you want to try them. Did you contact the place where you bought the tank originally to see if they had replacement coils and/or how to rebuild it? Just a thought.

Sorry, Patricia, but I've never had that error come up. I'm using a KPT2 with a 1.8 ohm single coil at 3.7v on mine. WillBlack, thanks for the error codes.
-
You know, it could be because I'm barely on my first cup of coffee this morning but my brain isn't computing about the 2.0 ohm using less amps on a 3.7v battery than a 1.5 ohm coil. Would you please explain using small words, Jeff?

You're welcome but I didn't do anything, just checked to make sure your account was where it should be per the number of posts you've made. I think one of the other admins might have tweaked things a bit. Either way I'm glad it's fixed for you now.

$1000 is a huge motivator. Good luck!

You're doing great, B! Congrats on such amazing progress.
-
Yes. Your batteries have 510 connection as does the mini.

Welcome to VT.

I'll keep that in mind, b. The Nautilus mini is going to have its work cut out for it to surpass the Davide mini in performance, though.

I used mine until the button flashed 15 times to indicate it was in need of charging. When I put it on the Joyetech charger it stopped at the next level. The Vision charger went all the way until it was fully charged without stopping. Bebop, I'm curious to see what your results are.

You should be able to post in the general forum now. Try it, and if you still can't, let us know and we'll take another look to try to fix this.

I believe the OP was talking about the Kanger Aerotank mini. This is a tank and not the battery. We all have to start somewhere. You'll learn quickly by asking these questions.

For those of us who are playing with charging the Spinner 2, the long life of this battery is a problem. Lol.

Once the training wheels get pulled off and you go for your first crash and burn...you'll drip plenty. Lol. Welcome to Vapor Talk!

No, that's the Aerotank Mega. The KPT2 is here: https://www.vaportalkstore.com/Pro-Tank-2-p/pro-tank-2.htm

finally got my brother to switch! I hope

Go you! I'll keep my fingers crossed that your brother can make the switch and stay quit. -
The one dozen 5-pack of 1.8 ohm short stemmed KPT single coils came in from the Vapor Talk store today. I must try them out to see if they're still as good as I remember.

I wonder if the vertical coil will work in the Davide...?
-
Earthling recommends some of the most popular tanks around. They're very dependable and relatively trouble-free. I love my Davide and Davide minis.

If you're just getting off of analogs it could be part of the withdrawal process from all the different carcinogens in a typical cigarette. It could also be that you're vaping too much and getting too much nicotine (if you've been chain vaping with your new device). Your new set up most likely is much better at delivering nicotine than the disposable e-cig was. Even though you think you're drinking enough water, if you're vaping more, you'll need to drink even more water. Vaping really dehydrates you.

Because the Nautilus mini's coil is vertical versus the usual horizontal coil, it might last longer but we won't know until the thing ships out. I'm anxiously awaiting the Vapor Talk store to get them in stock. There's one with my name on it along with a couple of 5-packs of coils...

Fully charged on the Vision charger with no need to disconnect. Not so much with the Joyetech charger. I think this is setting a precedent.
