  1. *falls over laughing* I was wondering what fish had to do with anything.
  2. Just an FYI -- EC Blends only makes the juice after you order so it will probably need to steep a week or so to get the best flavor to come out.
  3. If you look in this section here: http://www.vaportalk.com/forum/forum/131-diy-e-liquid/ you'll find all kinds of discussions on DIY e-liquids.
  4. That's because you're new to the forum. After making three posts, your fourth one should get you on other areas. We had too much spammage problems so Chris had to put that restriction in place.
  5. And don't forget the excellent customer service from the VT store. They never stock knock offs, they're always the genuine brand name.
  6. Taste is subjective. What you find to be "light on flavors" I find it to be just right. My main point is that EC Blends will customize to your tastes. That means you can have them double or even triple up on the flavors if that's what you want.
  7. I'd go with the Nautilus mini with its vertical coil at around 1.8 ohms. Then, the juice ratio would come into it. Like I said, you don't want to go higher than a 30/70 (the first number is PG and the second is VG). I vape a 50/50 and have to use a fan sometimes to air out the room. YMMV. The way you hit it will also make a difference. Vaping is different from smoking. Try taking long, slow drags at least 4 - 7 seconds and see if that helps. With more air flow I think you can get a bigger pull and a smoother drag at the same time. Others should be along shortly to give you their two cents and suggestions. Nearly everything with vaping is subjective. What works and tastes great for one will be awful for another. Only you will be able to figure out what works for you. Try the links (underlined key words) in each post. They'll take you to the Vapor Talk store. Best prices I've found online of the things I use, and I'm not saying that just because I'm an admin on this forum.
  8. Welcome to Vapor Talk. I'm not sure what you mean by "...try to adjust it to receive a bigger drag". Are you looking for more vapor? If so, that's a juice issue with a possible tweak on coils, IMO. More VG content in your juice means more vapor. Too much VG (more than 30PG/70VG) and it'll gunk up your coils faster. You have a great set up with the Vision Spinner. I'd go with an Aspire Nautilus mini with 1.8 ohm coils. This tank lets you adjust airflow, it's a little wider than the Spinner in diameter but the beauty ring makes it look nice if a bit top heavy. The tank you have in the picture looks kinda like a Vision Victory. I may be wrong but if I'm not, keep a watch on it as those will develop a leak and your juice will wind up everywhere.
  9. EC Blends lets you make your own custom juice. Might give that a try with a 5 ml bottle at $2.50 or so until you get it right.
  10. Why not just buy it from the Vapor Talk store? The price is good, customer service is excellent, and you'll likely get it MUCH FASTER. That, plus the VT store doesn't do clones, only genuine, quality products.
  11. You might try EC Blends. They let you customize till the cows come home.
  12. You know...if all you want is a little more sweetness, why not pick up some sweetener and add a drop or two yourself?
  13. Congrats on converting another smoker to vaping!
  14. I second all of Bebop's recommendations. They are all solid devices and tanks. The VT store also has the replacement coils for the lowest prices online that I've seen. Personally, although I have several different mechanical mods and APVs (Advanced Personal Vaporizers), I prefer my Vision Spinner 2 and the Aspire Nautilus mini. The Nautilus mini is a little bigger in diameter than the Spinner but not by too much, IMO. This tank has the vertical coil that out performs anything else I've tried to date. Great flavor and lots of vapor production. As for juices, my favorites are from Fadora, Five Pawns, and EC Blends. There are many good e-liquid companies out there, take a look at some of the reviews in the e-liquid reviews section.
  15. There's a list of supplies in the threads already asked and answered several times over. There are a few different answers so that might help you more than what replies you might or might not get here. Just go to the top of the page and click on the magnifying button to do your search.
  16. No cool people here, just us. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  17. All the vape meets I've been to so far have had vendors who have juices to sample. Be sure to not expect to have any money left by the time you leave there, though.
  18. The way I figure it, $3 per coil for 5 days still beats the pants off a pack of analogs per day. My coil is finally starting to peter out but still working so I'll vape on it a bit longer. It's been roughly two weeks of fairly steady use with a known coil wrecking juice.
  19. Higher PG = harsher throat hit Higher nic = harsher throat hit High PG juice with high nic levels = tears out my tonsil-type of vape. I much prefer my 50/50 juices at 12 mg nic.
  20. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
