  1. Glad you asked this question, Rix. I've been wondering the same myself (also the same about the Atlantis).
  2. Everything Earthling said. I'd also like to add the Provari into the mix. It's a little pricey but is very dependable. I'd use my mini much more but I get tired of changing out batteries all the time (the mini uses 18350s -- around 700 mAh), and I keep forgetting to order the damned extension so I can put an 18650 3400 mAh in it.
  3. You'd want to start a whole new line of juices for the skull bottles. Get dragon bottles for the Hydra series.
  4. From what I've heard from many people who transitioned from smoking to vaping, it's an individual thing. Some take longer than others. Me personally, I vaped and smoked for the first five days and then put down the cigarettes. Others will take longer while other people will take less. When I started it was with 24 mg of nic, that's roughly the equivalent to a pack of full flavor while I'd been smoking lights. The extra nic kept the cravings away. The first few weeks or more your body is going through detox of all kinds of carcinogens. That's just as addicting (if not more), than the nicotine you were getting. What nic strength are you using? If you're still craving smokes, I'd go up a little on the nic and see if that helps. Also, vaping isn't an all or nothing kind of thing. You can have a cigarette if you absolutely want one. For me, the mindset that I could never have another cigarette would be a big reason for me to fall off the wagon when I tried other smoking cessation products. When I gave myself permission to have one if I really wanted one, and then went back to vaping after... that took away all my stress for the situation and made the transition easier. YMMV
  5. If I remember right, the well is a bit deep.
  6. The guys at my B&M said that they're a b.i.t.c.h to build on but look so good.... Yeah, I almost bought one just for the looks but then a little brain cell in my head finally sparked and I decided against. LOL
  7. These are hybrid mods where the RDA is connected to the base and you can't take it off. I thought of getting one until I took a closer look at my local B&M and decided I don't want something that I can't test my build independently... They are very pretty though!
  8. When I've been watching a lot of westerns like Bebop has lately, I can swing right into the lingo (living in the sticks in Colorado doesn't hurt). This past month I've been main lining old West Wing episodes where they speak "politicalese" so the western dialect didn't get through. LOL
  9. Yes, to all of the above comments. If the battery is a 650 or 900 mAh, it's going to discharge much faster depending on how much he's using it.
  10. Loved this review: Grossly overpriced for what it delivers. I was able to achieve the same curved screen effect for a fraction of the cost just by sitting on my iPhone 6 for half an hour.
  11. Since it's only $120,000 you really do need two to balance your house...
  12. The leaning tower of Mod... it really doesn't look crooked if you cock your head to the other side a little... Sorry. Got nuthin'.
  13. *falls over laughing* OMG, Bebop. I need a translator for your post. I ain't much on jawin' western...
  14. Sounds like you got yourself a winning combo in the Eleaf iStick and Nautilus. Those two are very good together. Don't try to go down in nic too fast, give yourself time to let your body heal from the cigarettes you used to smoke. Trying to cut the nic too fast could have negative consequences like going back to analogs. We have a good bunch of members here who are very helpful. You could also find it's a pretty neat hobby once you get used to all the sheer amount of "stuff" that goes with vaping. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  15. LOL. I could go on about old dogs and new tricks, but the short story is that my body's doing all the aging it wants on its own. I have this thing on the word, "aging"...
  16. Depends on the juice. For many of the fruit flavors, I've found very little difference by steeping. With creamy flavors and other bakery flavors, I've found a pronounced difference between a week to two weeks and more. My ADV needs a minimum of two weeks (a month is usually best but rarely lasts that long), so I order accordingly so that it can steep before use.
  17. In my own opinion it's all personal preference. With the juices I vape regularly, I know which ones need to steep longer with the caps off and which ones to better with the caps on for best flavor.
  18. Yeah, stick a 510 connection on the end of the mini and you've got a winner!
  19. Yeah, I have arthritis in my fingers on both hands and my Q-Coiler makes building so much easier. Now that I've seen your set up, I'm kinda wishing mine had a 510 connection.
  20. After this past year's events I would love to try this foreign concept of "bored out of my mind". LOL
  21. Love the idea of the 510 connector to make it easier to build on. Great job!
  22. I do realize there are many who enjoy blowing clouds. The point I was trying to make, and you evidently missed, is that not "everyone" or even "most everyone" (as you asserted), has to gravitate toward cloud blowing just because they took up vaping. Some people do and they enjoy it. Great. More power to them, I just hope they're taking the proper safety precautions. Others might not feel the need nor want to blow clouds even if they can. That's why there are tanks, RDAs, RBAs, RTAs, atomizers, cartomizers and a whole host of different delivery systems available. Isn't it great that we can like what we like and not have to do what "everyone" else does?
  23. In my opinion, your statement above is over generalizing your belief of what "most" vapers want, what "most everyone" comes to experience. You might want to amend that to say, "most people that I know" or "most everyone within my scope of acquaintance." Otherwise, I would ask you for the concrete numbers from research, statistics, analysis, etc. Vaping is an extremely personal and individualistic experience. Everyone wants something different, something unique to their own preferences, it's not an all or nothing endeavor. Painting "everyone" with the same brush would make vaping very dull. It's the differences, the different likes and dislikes that make vaping fun. I think it's great that blowing big clouds makes you happy, but it's not something that "everyone" or even "most everyone" enjoys or needs. We all have our reasons to vape, it's subjective for everyone that I've ever come across either in person or online. As long as it keeps people from analogs, I think that's really all that matters.
  24. Thank you for the consideration, Lord knows I need the rest. The "beauty" part didn't kick in, unfortunately.
