  1. Usually, I order 12 mg of my ADV but lately I've been ordering 1 bottle of the 12 and 1 bottle of the 6 mg. Been going through more of the 6 mg these days. Might even drop it down to 3 mg next order.
  2. I wonder how user friendly it is in the hand...
  3. Does anyone have one of these? If so, what are your thoughts on it? I watched a youtube vid on it and I'm more than a little curious now... not that I need another RDA at the moment.
  4. I'm waiting for Amazon Prime to get in American Sniper. The trailer for that has me intrigued.
  5. You know... I didn't even realize until you posted that. Kanger, the sneaky bastards! LOL
  6. Just got my Jam RDA last week but haven't played with it yet. Got sidetracked by the Stillare that also came in at the same time. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  7. I'm with you, didn't care for it at all and I really wanted to like it too...
  8. And then you'd have people griping because it took all of TEN seconds to get their order delivered instead of five... LOL
  9. Haven't tried anything like this but since the candy is orange colored, would there be a spot of orange flavoring in it?
  10. The physical Vapor Talk store is in New Jersey. Address: 320 Raritan Avenue, Highland Park, NJ 08904 Phone:(732) 253-7360 Hours: Open today · 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
  11. Many of us who started vaping wound up with a new hobby/obsession. You're in good company. As for juices, be careful -- just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good. It's all very subjective, though. What tastes great to one person will taste like wet, dirty socks to another. Only when you try them will you know if it's "good". That said, there are some very good, reputable vendors here on our forum. Compenstine owns Fadora Vapor, which is a favorite of many of our forum members. He gives excellent customer service and will work with you until you get what you need/want. His juices are some of the very best I've ever tasted. Might give Fadora a try? Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  12. Earthling gave some great recs above. You won't go wrong with an Eleaf iStick 20w or the IPV mini. I know because he just recently talked me into buying both and I'm very happy with them. That said, I'm more inclined to recommend the IPV mini with the extra batteries (I'd suggest getting authentic Sony VTC4 if you're going to sub-ohm with tanks like the Atlantis) and a quality charger like the Nitecore Intellicharger. Of course, the sky's the limit when you get into APVs (Advanced Personal Vaporizers), and anything electronic is going to be a little less durable than say... a mech mod that has no electronic components inside. If I were you, I'd go out and read some of the reviews people have out there on some of the recs you get, look for some video reviews as well on youtube before making the final decision. Happy shopping!
  13. I love it when you talk geek, Earthling. Also, turn the battery too high and you'll burn your wick, which will leave a nasty taste in the juice of your tank. The only way to get rid of it once the wick is burned is to empty the tank, clean it out, put a new coil in and refill with new juice.
  14. Looks like you solved that one on your own.
  15. You're welcome, Kyle. Just about anything without a floating center pin is prone to getting pushed down too far at one point or another. This is a good fix for them. Glad it helped.
  16. I've been getting the same "no atomizer" message from my iSticks, too. It's more than likely the center pin on the battery that got pushed down too far and needs to be pulled up so it connects with the atomizer in the tank. An easy fix. This vid is for an eGo battery but the principle is the same. Be very careful and slow when you're pushing on the center pin to pull it up, you don't want to pull it out.
  17. You got a very good set up. The Vapor Talk store has the Eleaf iStick 20w for $31.99 and the Nautilus mini for $24, but you'll nearly always pay more at a brick and mortar store than online. Regardless, it's a solid start. There's always something "better" out there but what you have is a great place to start. Read lots and learn more. You'll find something else that catches your eye as you go along. Vaping is very subjective. What someone else loves won't work for you and vice versa. Only you will be know what works for you and that's only when you try it for yourself.
  18. The bow tie was a nice touch, but the sombrero was a little over-kill. LOL
  19. Many new members spend hours reading past threads on this forum. That's what I did prior to making my first post so I could learn as much as possible. There's a lot of really good information here that's already been asked and answered. Ask lots of specific questions and you'll get lots of answers -- sometimes more than you thought you wanted. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  20. I'm looking forward to it, Joe. I wish you luck.
