  1. Better ventilation and less chance of over heating...
  2. Speak for yourself. I don't wanna be cured.
  3. There. Edited your title line.
  4. An RDA isn't the only way to direct drip. The original way was to use a prebuilt atomizer, which is what I use most of the time. Prices range anywhere from $2.50 - $25.00 and up. It looks like an old style cartomizer without the filler material inside. Just plug and play/drip. Very little fuss but a little bit of a learning curve. If you decide to give it a try sometime, I'll be happy to lend a hand.
  5. The post got "liked", Bebop. I've got to make sure I put on gloves before handling the jalapenos. The one time I forgot and my hands burned for hours. LOL The seven layer dip also has a very generous layer of guacamole as well. When's dinner at your house? I'll bring the guacamole to go as an appetizer for your steaks.
  6. The books are beyond amazing. I love David Morrell, he's the master storyteller. One of the best things I love about his writing is the exhaustive amount of research he does so his stories are authentic. Then, he uses that to lure you into his story so deeply that you can't put the book down.
  7. English was hard enough to learn. I draw the line at learning to speak redneck. LOL Thanks for the translation.
  8. Could be, I've never had or stored mine (however unintentionally) upside down. Top coils, from my experience, tend to have problems with leaking though. I'm not certain and this is just a guess on my part, but I think it's because the holes for the juice to get onto the wicks is at the top, if it's upside down, it can leak through the wick... I could be totally wrong but it seems to make sense to me. Personally, if I'm using a tank, I prefer the bottom coils. You don't have to keep tipping the thing to keep the wicks wet, no dry hits, and it just works better.
  9. Would if I could but fresh avocados just don't travel well, especially if it doesn't reach you in time with the weather and all. If you're ever this way, give a shout and I'll whip up some goodies right away. Stay warm and safe!
  10. If you're having trouble putting down the tobacco altogether, have you thought about the juice you're using? It may or may not all have to do with the equipment. What mg of nicotine is in your juice? What's the ratio of PG/VG? What resistance coil are you using? All these things factor into whether or not e-cigs will work for you. Welcome to Vapor Talk.
  11. Homemade fresh guacamole (I bought ten ripe avocados today), a huge pan of seven layer dip, lots of tortilla chips, some buffalo wings, cold cuts for sandwiches... Did someone say something about football tomorrow?
  12. You know... if you're using 1.8 ohm coils, you can put one of your tanks on the mod, it doesn't always have to be an RDA/RTA... I have a KPT2 on my Magneto right now.
  13. I'll move this to PM so we're not throwing this thread more off topic than it already is.
  14. I kinda want to go nuts buying vaping stuff but I really don't need anything else. LOL
  15. A must along with a good rice cooker is quality rice. We only use Nishiki. Our old one was a Panasonic National 10 cup, but we really don't need anything that big so I'm scaling down. If we need more I can just make a second batch.
  16. 125 ml bottle of Feels Like a Nut in 3 mg (stepping it down this time), 50/50 from EC Blends. 12 Cisco Hybrid Spec HH.357 atomizers at 2.0 ohm from Avid Vaper (wish I could get my RDAs to perform like these do) 1 Zoujirushi 5.5 cup rice cooker. My other one broke and it's just not right in my house without a working rice cooker in it.
  17. Just found out how much I'm getting back this year and... My first instinct is to go on a major, crazy shopping spree for all the vape gear I can get my hands on. Then, the responsible side hits and says to put it back for a rainy day. Oh, the dilemma.
  18. Hopefully, that'll solve the problem of the condensation in the center tube.
  19. Wow...I never knew marshmallows grew on trees. I always thought they were a vine fruit.
  20. What you have sounds like a fixed voltage battery. There's nothing wrong with that, I still have a few that I use from time to time. They're dependable and work well. They're usually fixed at 3.7 volts. With that voltage level, I'd go with 1.8 ohm coils to get the best results. A 1.5 ohm coil will also work and give you warmer vapor, the 1.8 will give you a cooler vapor. Variable voltage batteries (one step up from what you have), would be something like a Vision Spinner or Spinner II. They allow you to go from 3.3 volts up to 4.8 volts. This controls how much power you put to your coils. It can also burn out your coils if you use too much voltage for too long. What we always advise is to start at the lowest setting, vape. If it's not doing anything for you, turn it up just a bit, vape again. Keep doing this until you get just a tiny bit of a burnt taste and then back it down. That will be the sweet spot for that particular juice. Some flavors need a little more oomph while others, like fruit flavors, usually prefer lower temperatures. As for condensation in the center tube, take the tank/clearomizer off the battery. Loosely place a tissue under the bottom (where the clearomizer connects to the battery), and then blow gently into the mouthpiece. That will move the condensation out of the center tube. Do that several times, then dab into the bottom to get the rest cleaned and dried. Don't forget to also gently swab out the connection part of your battery. I say to do this gently because you don't want to push the center pin of the battery down although there is a simple fix if you do. It's just better not to have to do that.
