When California puts out anything to discourage vaping I'm very suspicious that they really don't want anyone to quit smoking. They get too much tax money from the sale and continued sale of cigarettes. Not so with vaping gear and e-liquids. Thanks for the link, Jason.

Huh. Never had that problem on my knee when I played them. Maybe it's when you have it for a prolonged period of time. Damn. Now you've got me thinking about it. There's a big Guitar Center here in town that I've never set foot in (even though I need new strings). My beloved Spinners have been taking a back seat to the Eleaf iStick 50W. That's been my main go-to since I got it. The case is fairly slick, but with a wrap on it, it's just about perfect. Hopefully, my other one should be delivered tomorrow. I'm starting to look for homes for my Spinners once I get a stock pile of the 50W on hand. Won't need as many as the Spinners since they hold a charge for... forever.

If you want a smaller tank I'd recommend going with an Anyvape Davide mini or Kanger Pro Tank mini. They're both similar but for me, the Davide minis just perform better. They use the same Kanger single coil. I don't know of anything that's totally wickless that's popular right now.

I vape a dark, very sweet juice so my coils don't last very long. That's why I'm probably more aware of this issue than most.

And what about the bottom portion of your atomizer? Sometimes, those don't come down far enough to hit the center pin of your battery. Try pulling (GENTLY) down on that a little to see if that helps.

Something to keep in mind, though, is if you go with a higher VG level like 70 or 80, it will gunk up your coils faster, as will dark and/or sweeter juices. Even at 1.8 ohm at 9.0w, the battery on my Eleaf iStick 50w lasts for days...
