If you're wanting to change from smoking tobacco cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco to e-cigarettes, that's what we're here for and most of our members will jump right in to help you. There are other forums on the internet that discuss vaporizers that work with dried herbs and such, but we do not discuss that here like Tugboat and Mirage have pointed out. If you don't like having to charge the battery so often, I would suggest getting an Eleaf iStick 50W. They've come down in price, are pretty much hassle-free, have a 4400 mAh battery so you only have to charge once every couple of days (depending on how much and how often you vape). Pair that with a Kanger Pro Tank 2 or 3 or an Aerotank version 2 and a couple of 5-packs of 1.8 ohm single coils and some e-liquid fo your choice and you should be set for a bit.

My Nautilus mini is certainly much better on my iStick 50W than in my VTR. Just sayin'.

Yes, but I was thinking that if the cotton was brown, then there's a good chance that the coil might've popped or was too gunked up to heat up enough to make vapor.

If you get the royal blue iStick 50W, you'll already have the blue, the black, silver on top. Just need to add a couple of white pin stripes on both sides of the black in the center and you're golden!

If your center post is loose, that's why your ohms are jumping up and down and not staying steady. This is not safe until you get the center post stable. Sorry to say that I'm not familiar with your RDA so I don't know how to tell you how to fix it. Maybe might take it back to where you bought it from? If it's like some of my RDAs, the center post is fixed so if one were loose, it would be considered broken. In any case I wouldn't fire it with the center post loose like that. Better safe and all that.
