Mine was packed in a ziplock baggie, wrapped up in bubble wrap, placed inside another plastic bag and then placed inside the priority USPS box. It looks like something really heavy was dropped on top or someone stomped on it. The glass bottle was shattered so badly there's no way I'd risk getting any shards of glass in for a vape.

Well, the package came today and I must say that it smells really good! Unfortunately, that's all I get to do unless I want to wring it out of the cardboard box because it was squashed and the bottle inside smashed to smithereens. Now, I get to see how good their customer service is. :/

Nope. You only asked for two questions. As Tug said, I wouldn't let it discharge completely, but do let it recharge completely before taking it off. Since you can use it as a pass-through (meaning you can vape while it's charging), it shouldn't be so hard to leave it till it's completely charged.

Start at the lowest setting, vape. If it's not to your liking, bump it up one or two, vape. Repeat until you get that slightly burnt taste. Back it down a notch. That should be your sweet spot for that juice. Personally, I use 1.8 ohm coils and they do great. 1.5 is a little too hot for me. The thing you read about the iStick not being accurate and running hot is for the iStick 20W, not the 50W. The 50W is pretty darn accurate.

There are other forums on the internet that you can post to. The entire forum that is Vapor Talk is for electronic cigarettes only. Google is a good place to start. I would put in the key words, "forum for dry herb vaporizer" and see where that leads you.

Seems to be that I remember a tank that you could put two different flavors in but I haven't heard anything about it since... and that was over a year ago? It's just easier for me to carry multiple batteries with a different flavor in each tank.

I don't remember ordering yet another Eleaf iStick 50W, but when I got home today... there it was. That might've happened because the webpage was giving me trouble when I was ordering the last one (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!). Anyway, now I have 4 of these. Shouldn't need anymore for quite some time.
