I tried my hardest to make it right but you just kept saying bad things about me and my company so again we DO NOT put up with abuse Norw will I subject my employees to it or any one for that matter But Again it all comes out in the wash and Karma Is VERY VERY BAD My friend. Whatever it is luarin is doing, please by all means keep doing it. Even the withdrawals have been extremely smooth as compared to how the Dr.s said they would be.(considering the spinal condition, withdrawals could have just about cripple me. Yeah, its that bad.) Everything i had tried prior to her vape mixes either made my condition worst, or made me go back to the "death sticks". I called your wife Lisa and told here that both orders had cleared and I was refunding the first one and the second one was on the way. She said thank you and was very polite (As she has always been) you then call back and start beetling me it's my fault and I am a a hole no other companies you deal with does this. You have called my employee names on every phone call you had Brittany in tears. I am truly sorry you feel the way you do i tried everything to make it right but you just kept telling me to go F my self and my company. We put our clients first always but when they become abuse I draw the line and that day I did i refunded both your order the same day after you told me to go F my self about 400 times again we put our clients first but will NOT put up with abuse.I wish you and your family great success in your tobbacco free life style and am truly sorry and perplexed as to all this and why you would say such things that are not true or our fault . This in response to my post the other day and I wanted to tell everyone on the forum that Jeffrey at Word Up called (twice, in fact) and he is going to send me two replacement tank attys. So everything is alright in the vaping world for me. Sorry for being so harsh about Word Up in my post to the forum, but it was frustration on my part that caused the post. Since he didn't get any of my e-mails, there must be something wrong with my e-mail system or it could be that I didn't send the e-mails correctly. Any way, I knew from all of you that he was a stand-up guy. Since this was such a mix-up, not on Word Up's side but mine, I will, in the future, think twice about posting something negative about a vendor. Hello Chris . Very well written very well written Chris. Generic can be a strong word that is misunderstood by the general public. Thanks for the clarification that Me / WordupEcig.com does not and will not sell fake knockoff items as I know the same high standards are practised at Vapor talk store along with Chris not letting any supplier be registered on this forum who are or may sell fake knockoff or who are lying and calling something that it is not what it really is. I know of a lot of forums (No Names mentioned) that let people/Suppliers come in and call a known knock off a Joye, Janty or Ruyan. Knot Happening Here! Me and Chris may have our differences but we both believe that the customer comes first and if you (The customer) are purchasing a knock off you should be told this is a knock off so you can then make your own decision. You Are 100% Right that is why I wanted to clear the air we had a lot of emails and phone calls of people thinking that Joye eGo is a fake so one customer said if that is not true then please correct the post and tell everyone what I was telling them so that is just what I did and sure did not mean to hurt anyone's feeling , well the first post may have but after I calmed down from the calls then I rewrote it. Nice Brandon It feels so good to get someone off tobacco every time I/We take some one from the dangers of tobacco and help them walk over to the vaping side it make us feel so good and after so long you would think it would go away well it does not I feel so good every single time that it is the best high I have ever had.
