  1. You could always just order one atty when you put in an order for something else. That way you wouldn't be getting a bunch then finding out you don't like them. I'd feel really bad if you did that. But really, I'm using the 510 on it again right now and I don't think it's nearly as much vapor. And I have been a huge fan of the 510 - on everything. Just a note, if you do decide to get more than one, MyVaporStore has a special on attys right now. If you buy 5 or more of the same kind of atty, you $1.00 off of each of them. They have the 302 atty (which is where I got the one I have right now) for $9.25, so if you got 5 of them, it would only be $8.25 each. Just a thought.
  2. I love optical illusions and this one is great!!
  3. I KNOW I like it more than smoking. No doubt about it. Nope. None whatsoever.
  4. Hmmm, the juice box might not have been the one I was thinking of then. The Joye stick I was thinking about for when I'm not in the house or car - like to carry with me when I'm working outside in the summer, or at the park, etc. I want something small and easy and not too obvious. I just don't know if it has the same problems I've heard about with the janty stick. I love the looks of it and the case it comes with.
  5. dlynne, if you've ever seen a lot of my other posts, you'd see that I absolutely love my 510. I even loved it on my VP2. I loved it when I first tried it on my VP/PT. But when I tried the 801 on the PT, holy cow!!!!...the vapor!!! Huge, thick, soft, billowy, wonderful, enveloping, delightful, beautiful clouds of vapor!!! I have just never been that impressed with the 801 atty. Until now. I'm using a low bridge 801. From what I hear it's a whole lot better than the high bridge 801. I also bought a 302 (which is supposed to be basically the same as the 801, only a bit better?) that I have saved to use when I got my PT. Now I have to try it and see if there is a difference.
  6. Well, thanks Brian. I just love it. You know what? I think I am tasting the juice. I've just been using some I mixed with the Lorann's cherry last night and I was sure I could taste it, but thought maybe it was just my imagination or maybe I finally got it strong enough last night to where I could taste it. But I really thought I could taste it better when I got this. I hated to say anything cause I thought I was just weird. I'll have to try some of the other juices now that you said that and see if it's true. That would be great!! Because I love my 510 attys so much, that's what I started with. I started with it plugged into the computer and thought it was maybe a bit better vapor than my VP2, but couldn't be sure. Then I plugged it into the wall. Whoa!! Much better. After awhile I figured I might as well try the 801 LB and see what I thought with that. I knew it was good on the VP2, but it was like I didn't like the "feel" of the draw so much. Maybe too airy for me. But man!!!! it's much different with the PT. Easy draw. Not too airy. And some kickass vapor. I'm still amazed. You gotta try this, Brian. Seriously. I'll let you know about the flavors later.
  7. Pretty close to knocking me out of my chair, Christopher. Pretty darn close.
  8. I got mine today. I've heard it described as a "vaping monster", and all I can say is...oh yeah!! I'm loving it! I started out with the 510 atty on it and it was great. Then I put the 801 LB on and....Yikes!! I have been all about the 510, but I think the 801 is better on this unit. Of course I haven't had it very long and I may wrong about that, but so far the 801 is the winner. And I still think maybe I like the 510 better on the VP2. Hmmmm. To be sure, I'll have to do a lot more vaping and comparing and experimenting. This could take some time. Oh yeah. And I might need a couple more of these things just in case. If something happened to this one and I didn't have another to fall back on, well....let's just say that might not be pretty picture. Yep, I think I like this one.
  9. Ummmm...yes. I do kind of feel that way. But...I no longer have the orginial "M401" I started with. I gave it to the gal who first showed me hers and got me started vaping. She had one and was still smoking when her batteries charged and couldn't afford anything else, so she got mine. My second unit was a 901, which I gave to my son to get him started vaping. Then I had the 801, but gave that to one of my daughters who only had a 901 and wanted something better. So I do not have all that I started out with. I only have: a 510, a 510 passthru, a VP2 with 510 and 801 LB/302 attys, a Spade, and a VP/PT. I thought I was done, but have been thinking about trying the juice box and maybe the Joye stick. I'd like to learn more about them though. So yeah, I do feel a bit like a PV junky.
  10. Yeah!!!! We need all the positive articles we can get!
  11. Congrats to all of you!!! It's just great reading your stories and sharing in your excitement over the shear pleasure of vaping. We've all been there and know just how wonderful it can be. Keep up the good work, er, I mean vaping and keep us updated on how it's going. Ain't life grand? Vape On!!
  12. Thanks Horanld. I hope so, too. I guess the postal service doesn't know what they are doing, because they should have dropped mine off and THEN gone on to WV to drop Brian's off. But no...he got his first. <sniff sniff> LOL Glad you're liking yours and hopefully I'll be liking mine soon, too.
  13. I don't have mine yet but from what I've heard, it's sealed. No worries about the juice getting in there.
  14. No problem. That's what we're here for. No, you don't have to wait 8 hours. If the light is green, it's charged. No, they have no memory, so you won't shorten the life. We've had a couple of different discussion here about the battery charging. We've got a lot of people here who know their stuff when it comes to batteries. I'm not one of them, but I know what they said.
  15. Nope, you only have to wait until the light turns green. There have been at least a couple of threads on here on that subject and all the people who know about those things say it does no good to leave it that long.
  16. It may sound like you bought a lot to begin with, but you really haven't gone overboard. I started out with less, but wished I'd got more. You really need the extra juice so you don't run out before your next order. The spare parts are a must. Things can go wrong with batteries and atomizers and if you don't have the back ups, you're left high and dry. By having the passthrough, you'll save on the batteries you do have and with an adapter you can use it in the car. I started out with a what I now know was a knock-off of an M401. It wasn't bad, but just not what I needed. It only came with one battery and one atty. When the battery was charging, I had to resort to smoking. And I already knew I didn't want to do that and didn't like it at all. That's what lead me to searching online for another battery. That's when I found out how much more and better stuff there was out there. But it was so frustrating to not have all of that up front. I think you've done good with what you've purchased. And I think you will love vaping. I have yet to hear of anyone who tried it and didn't like it. It's so much like smoking that it's an easy switch really. The vapor is much cleaner tasting and feeling, plus you have the added benefit of the flavors, plus you start feeling better, breathing better, etc., right away. It's like you can't go wrong. The only think you might not like is a certain flavor, but you can't know that until you try it. Good luck. I can't wait to hear what you think of it.
  17. Yes I am and it's not fair. I'm in Nebraska and Brian is in West Virginia and he gets his before I get mine. Now...that's just not right.
  18. Spicy food? Nope. Garlic? Nope. Coffee? Not much.
  19. Simple answer, yes you can. We have a kindle and can use the charger for it, too.
  20. Well, that just sucks. I want an explanation from the post office. Just who do they think they are anyway? Hmmmm? Despite the complete unfairness of it, I'm happy for you Brian. Enjoy the vaping. And don't worry about me. I'll be okay. I'm sure I'll be okay. Well, I might be okay. <big sigh>
  21. I got my Lorann's flavorings at Wal-Mart. Two bottles for $2.00.
  22. Brian? Oh, Brian? You got one, too...what? Do you have your VP/PT? Is that what you are saying? HUH?
  23. So far I'm just trying cherry. I have other flavors, but wanted to see if I could taste this one first. I've been using a dropper and have added about 3 droppers full to some juice and I'm finally tasting it. I wasn't so sure I was tasting cherry though, so I tasted some off the bottle and I'm not so sure it tastes like cherry either. Maybe my taste buds are just shot. Naw, I'm tasting food, so that's not it. I'll keep trying.
  24. Glad to hear it's working for you. I smoked ultra light cigarettes and still started out with high nic juice. But I've been working my way down on the nic levels and am doing fine with that. I've been doing between 3mg and 6mg and think I'll be down to 0 before too long. One good thing is that you can change the nic level until it's just right for you. Congrats and continued good luck with the vaping.
